The rooms were clean and updated. The hotel itself needs some work done. When we stayed there the ocean was covered in Seaweed there was no where to swim by the resort so we always walked to another side by a different resort to swim in the ocean. The activity team by the pool were the best. Chocolate David , Carlos and the ladies. They made it fun and enjoyable. It was the best part of the trip. The restaurant food was pretty good and good service.

The staff was friendly and the place was always clean. Food was superb buffet was fresh and the dinners at night were great. They had some evening shows by the pool and some live music at night to listen to. The ocean was only a short walk around the corner (approx 2 min.) and shopping downtown was right down the street.

This is an AMAZING Adults Only Resort. With an endless amount of food, drinks & treats that’s included in the room price. Not to mention gorgeous ocean views & nightly entertainment on scene (such as a Bubble/Foam Pool Party). It’s worth every dollar & every penny.

Beautiful resort. Great location. Food was pretty good. Staff is friendly. I love a resort with a swim up bar. Disappointed in this one. Location of swim up barely has any sun and pool so cold it’s unusable. We did go up to that bar daily as the bartender Aldoberto was awesome . Even got my husband to try sushi and it was delicious ! One issue was I was having a hard time contracting my transport service. I asked front desk for help. They said the couldn’t help. Come to find out, when I checked out and waiting for my ride, the gentleman at the front said give it 5 more minutes then he will call BDX for me. Why wouldn’t someone at the front desk tell me to talk to one of those gentleman out front? Instead I spent several frustrating hours try to get in touch with BDX when someone there could have helped me all along?
