The food was delicious! The entertainment was nightly and engaging! The staff was very friendly. Overall this place was very nice and had shops within walking distance. The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star rating is because there isn’t a full beach access that you can lay out on daily. The property is on a waterfront, but there isn’t a beach, lots of fishing boats tho. Another thing is there aren’t any drawers/ storage is the bedrooms.

Staff frequently awkward, slow, sometimes rude, often unhelpful and this really let the whole stay down. On check in - no offer or direction on where to get food/drinks after arriving late. Laughed when we asked if there was another room with different bed set up. During stay - so slow at breakfast seating you, serving coffee orders etc, the Americans tipping the omelette man are a joke because that guy is grumpy, sporadic service round the pool and beach lounger areas, pizza guy sometimes face like thunder. Gym not air conditioned, poorly lit, water cooler not always filled No service before 11am at bar areas and doesn’t stay open much past 10pm. Bar staff attitude sometimes poor and always serving in plastic cups even in evening. Staff at beach bar amazing. Cleaning staff amazing and hotel and rooms always spotless All inclusive food - breakfast selection good, three ‘speciality’ restaurants - Mexican poor and didn’t even get our main course, Italian average, steak couldn’t even cut it and was cold - awful. On check out refused the use of another room to shower in before 15 hour flight home. In the end used our room and no one said anything but seriously! Also asked if they could call their own designated car company to find out our pick up time and was refused until we insisted. It was as though I’d asked them to clean my shoes. So unhelpful. Also reception act as if bellboys have nothing to do with them and you have to talk to them all separately. Jog on.

What a wonderful place- clean and the staff is amazing. Every staff is happy and so helpful. Rooms are very clean, activities were entertaining plus fun, and loved it was adults only! Only downside is they need a night club. The bar closes at 11 and for the younger audience, they should have a place to go onsite so that would be safer than hitting the streets of Cancun.

Our room was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff work hard to make sure everyone has a great time. This was our 2nd stay here and we chose it for the proximity to 5th Ave shopping. Our favorite dining choices were the sushi bar, steakhouse (the filet was great) and the Italian restaurant. There is no beach but we don’t care about that. The small size of the resort is a huge draw for us. It is really nice to be able to run to your room and back to the pool in just a few minutes. We plan to come back for a 3rd stay in the future.

Expedia allowed us to book with Wyndham Alltra and when we experienced flight delays no one was able to contact the resort. We were unsure about the status of our reservation as we were unable to contact the resort. We called every number online to reach them and left multiple voicemails. Expedia customer service had also done the same. It was unnerving when travel all that way and not being sure of what we would be arriving to. We missed a whole day at the resort and the Expedia customer service representative stated we would receive a refund for the missed day. All we got was an email saying they had no luck contacting the resort. Other than that the stay was great. The entertainment staff were excellent and the resort itself was very nice and close to many shopping locations and restaurants if you decided to eat away from the resort. The staff at the resort were very friendly and also the food was excellent.
