The room was spootless, well decorated. We were worried because of the noise we have asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet. Well located as well. The breakfast included was a la cart, not too many options but really good and yummy. The avocado toast and pancakes were some of the best I had. But sometimes when the restaurant is full they take a lot of time to serve... whem they are full, they should make the essential things as a buffet (like coffe, juice, souces, etc) The parking is a bit small but the staff at the parking is very polite and can acommodate you well

The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Air con was great and obviously being a brand new hotel also didn’t have that odd air con smell you can sometimes get in hotels. Benjamin on reception was exceptional . He was so helpful and gave us all the best tips on where the locals eat away from the strip. The location could not be more central . Literally right by 5th Avenue walking distance to everywhere and right near the beach. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was due to a few little touches that we feel were missing - breakfast (which wasn’t included ) we decided to try breakfast at the hotel but waited a while , ordered and then 15 min later a staff member came over to say they couldn’t make it and would have to order something else (was yoghurt and granola ) and my husbands dish was completely different to what was on the menu . We had to wait so long that he was so hungry he just ate it. Our cofffees took around 30min to arrive and mine was also not what I ordered . We understand though as we don’t speak very good Spanish that maybe it was our fault and maybe some things were lost in translation. We did feel a bit uncomfortable when we were then pressurised into leaving a big tip. I know tipping is customary but given the experience it just seemed odd to be pressurised into tipping over the average . Aside from this , we really enjoyed our time at the hotel - it is so clean and fresh and tastefully decorated . Pool area small but nice .

If uninterrupted sleep isn’t a priority for you, this might be the place. On our first night, we had to change rooms due to extreme noise. The replacement room was only a little bit quieter and still not very possible to sleep in, as our original room was right in the middle of the most intense party scene I’ve ever encountered. After moving, we discovered the shower wouldn’t drain, causing the entire room, including the carpet, to flood. Needless to say, rest was impossible. I had to travel back downstairs to get multiple towels to wipe up the floors. The second night was again filled with noise from the 5th Avenue nightlife, though sheer exhaustion allowed us to sleep through it somehow. Ultimately, the convenience of the location does not outweigh the constant noise. What was meant to be a relaxing stay turned into a complete disappointment. The staff were kind, accommodating, and genuinely tried to help, but these are larger issues that need to be addressed at a corporate level. This stay was extremely disappointing, especially compared to other Indigo locations I’ve enjoyed. On a positive note, the café on the property was excellent - the food was outstanding and the staff there were wonderful. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable; unfortunately, we rarely had the opportunity to enjoy them without disruption.
