This central, convenient location places you right off the pedestrian boulevard, 5th Avenue. In fact, you can enjoy plenty of people-watching opportunities on 5th Avenue from the private terrace off the bedrooms.

Furthermore, you are only 2 blocks from Coco Beach. This puts you a quick 5-minute stroll away from the soft white sands and warm turquoise waters.

The Via 38 Condos have a long, lovely pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are also outdoor showers and Jacuzzis. Also, there is a community fitness center. And 24-hour security and a hotel-style entrance offer you privacy and security.

If you enjoy golf, the Hard Rock course is only 2 miles away in Playacar. And if you like hiking and swimming, there are cenotes (underground swimming holes) in Playa del Carmen, only a 3 mile drive away. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive.

To get to your condo, we offer airport transportation service at an extra cost from the Cancun Airport, which is only a 45-minute drive away. Our concierge will meet and greet you at the condo and can offer you services from grocery shopping to babysitting, tour bookings, restaurant reservations and more.
