located at Coco Beach area just a block from turquoise waters and few steps from 5th Ave... This cozy and comfortable condo is perfect for small families and couples. The master suite has King Bed and large closet with safety box within. The second bedroom has 2 individual beds, large closet and private bath. The living area has a center for entertainment, plasma TV with Satellite and DVD. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need to cook a good meal. It has central climate and ceiling fans in every room. The complex has only 36 units clustered within the private 10,000 square feet courtyard surrounding a beautiful swimming pool, shaded palapa and wifi. Located in the newer section of 5th Avenue, this area now has one of the best beach clubs of all the Riviera Maya, trendy restaurants and shops Monthly rate not include electricity.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Luna Maya Condo

Great location. One block from the playa. Two blocks from Quinta Avenida. One drawback, very noisy. Beach club blasts music til 2am and there is building construction at numerous locations. Plus there are some other renters that are loud and inconsiderate. Voices amplify throughout the complex.
