The check in process was a night mare. I didn't arrive until after midnight. The key center gave me the key to the wrong room. It took another 15 minutes to sort that out. They told me they had notified me the room had changed. I went back and looked at my emails and received NOTHING that said the room had been changed. Its a good price, but their systems don't always work. Without someone being on-site, even small problems become way, way bigger.
The property was ok being a renovated commercial structure. The process to get into the facility as a first time customer was not easy since the electronic process was flawed and the key availability to my room required help from management which was eventually available during the day time. Had I arrived after the work day, and with no help I would have had to find other arrangements. IF I stay again, I will be better able to navigate the electronic entry process. However a key to my room was not forthcoming at any rate and required staff to provide the key.
The apartment was well cared for and the staff - although not located on site - were available and attentive. The heat was difficult to control for 3 menopausal women. Parking is a SERIOUS issue. There is no convenient overnight parking close by.
This building has local grocery stores and places to eat within walking distance.

This 23-room, 3.5-star apartment building has in-room conveniences like kitchens, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Each apartment is individually decorated and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stovetop. A flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
Guests staying at Stay Alfred at 1627 on The Strip enjoy a rooftop terrace, laundry facilities, and barbecue grills.
