Noisy guests (a baseball team actually) checked in right before us and I asked the staff member do not put us in the building where they were because they were young men and although they seemed tired, they weren’t ready to retire. I was assured that we were in a different building and everything would be fine. However, that is not correct they were in our building on the same floor next to our room. There were multiple rooms where they stayed and when I went back to the office because I was told that I could have a different room in a different building. The young lady told me that there was only one room and it did not meet our expectations when we made the reservation so we ended up canceling and leaving very early in the morning. The room itself was OK however, there were stains on the fitted sheet and she was very worn so the hotel definitely could use new bedding, and the surroundings of the hotel did not appear to be the safest place to stay.

The rooms are small, with a tiny bathroom, but it was clean and really comfortable beds. Friendly staff as well. I would stay there again

We walked into a room and it reeked of cigarettes, even though there’s no smoking signs everywhere you go in the building. The smoke detector was falling off the wall, there was blood on the sheets, the toilet was clogged, and the safe did not work. We went to complain to the front desk and they gave us a new room. About 10 minutes later, the housekeeper came to our new room with the dirty bloody sheets and yelled at us about it. Saying that was not blood, and it was fading from washing machine. We felt very uncomfortable. I have pictures. I would not recommend this location.

Should have known better

I guess you get what you pay for. The first room wrecked of smoke. The second room had an unpleasant smell. The amenities, well, there were none. We stayed at this a few times over the past years but it has gone downhill. I will say the man at the front desk was very polite and did respond to our requests for various things without hesitation. Will not stay here again in the future.

Check in was easy, smooth. Very nice people working the desk. The room… Opened the door and was immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. There was a dirt shoe print on one of the bathroom towels. There was dirt on the bedskirt. Within 5 minutes of being in the room, we had killed 2 spiders and 1 cricket. The bedsheets had stains on them. The walls had unknown smears and substances on them. Should’ve just spent the extra $50 to stay somewhere else.
