The staff was really helpful and kind. I was in Washington for a funeral and they were very helpful and made it so other family were in the next room.

Check in was easy, smooth. Very nice people working the desk. The room… Opened the door and was immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. There was a dirt shoe print on one of the bathroom towels. There was dirt on the bedskirt. Within 5 minutes of being in the room, we had killed 2 spiders and 1 cricket. The bedsheets had stains on them. The walls had unknown smears and substances on them. Should’ve just spent the extra $50 to stay somewhere else.
