Don’t recommend!
Our stays have always been great until this time! The shower was broke (you couldn’t pull the plug to make it come out the shower head) , the toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall, the sinks were clogged and took forever to drain and you had to hold the handle down on the toilet and wait for it to flush. The pool was nasty and cloudy. The hot tub had dirt and scum floating in it. We contacted the front desk to change rooms, they didn’t have any available so we had to wait for the next day for the maintenance guy. When we went to the front desk the following day we were told that the maintenance guy was sent home so no one was available and that the whole hotel was experiencing plumbing problems and that the general manager was doing nothing about it. They even had rooms leaking water out the vents! I do not recommend staying here!

Our home was flooded in. Did the hotel let us cancel due to weather emergency out of our control. Nope. They refused and charged me full amount. Shame on you. Horrible hotel.

Great stay. This is the second time at this hotel. Comfortable, affordable, and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean. Great hot breakfast as well. We will stay here again.

Great breakfast! Grandson and I went for a swim it was very chilly water was too cold to swim in so I went in the hot tub but it wasn’t hot at all. Both were a disappointment. Pool towels all over on the floor and in both the pool and hot tub. We tryed to clean them up , we did our best. For a traveler just wanted a nice swim and hot tub but it was a fail. Did inform the front desk. And no recite. I asked but she said it would be in my email, I just wanted a paper recite.

Hotel definitely needs updated, wall paper is peeling off the walls. Room was very nice and breakfast was ok. However once again i requested a ground level room but didnt get one as i am a disabled veteran.

The room was very clean. I wasn't keen on the square pillows. They were a little too thick for me. We checked in at 3 pm but the standard king bed room we booked wasn't available. Reason given was cleaning staff shortage. We waited 45 minutes then switched to a room with 2 queen beds. We paid same amount. Ut was a little disappointing.

The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the young lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Like dealing with a machine. No smile, nothing. Did not even look up until I made a sound to get her attention. I don't know if I would stay here again. Staff friendliness is very important.

We always stay here if nearby. Breakfast was meager this time. No coffee was available for quite a while, every cooked option had peppers, which I cannot eat. AND, the toaster was broken.
