The place was clean, the room was nice and the staff was quite helpful. I will stay here again, if and when I'm in this area. Well done and a better continental breakfast than anticipated. Eggs and sausage were available and that really needs to be added to their selling points. (We didn't eat there, but knowing this would be a game changer for many looking)

Average but clean, comfortable room.

We just needed a bed to crash in on a long road trip. The hallways were not clean, many things needed maintenance overall. Breakfast was below average. One bed was missing a blanket. HOWEVER, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very nice and it served our purpose for one night as just a place to lay our head.

Upon checking in, an additional 10% of 'hotel fees' were added to the bill. It's too late to cancel or they charge the whole night so there is no avoiding it. Hotels.com 'encourages' their partners to list all fees but they don't have to, so if you book here, you will be stuck with extra charges. I recommend booking elsewhere with better price transparency.

I liked the rain shower head, but it was tricky to shut off completely. I liked that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

A little worn down, but clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was spare, but if you're not picky, it gives you something to maybe tide you over till lunch. At this price ($80 for a suite), it's a very good value.
