The place was in great shape and was quick and easy. The gym was small but met my needs.
I only stayed one night and it was great. Nice clean rooms very spacious.
This was the perfect place to stay for me to participate in all of the high school reunion activities. The Meet and Greet was at Jackson's and the big evening event was down the hill at the country club. Perfect weekend in many ways.
The hotel and staff were wonderful, but the bed was like a rock and the air conditioning was on like hurricane or deadly silent - hard to sleep through the constant changes in noise level. Otherwise - wonderful place.
This hotel is located conviently to the highway. Very clean with freindly staff. Very clean.
Overall, it was a good experience. The staff in the breakfast area were some of the best ever! They were very courteous and always willing to get something more or take the used dishes, etc. Even the cook offered some brown sugar with the oatmeal when it wasn't standard. The facility was neatly kept and clean. The only down side was that the rooms were just average and the beds were just ok.
While passing through the Pittsburgh area we decided to stop for the night. This hotel is close enough to makepPittsburgh accessible while not so close that you have to deal with city traffic and noise. The location is really ideal. Everything else about the hotel is fairly standard of the modern hotel experience. The only thing I felt was missing was a complimentary continental breakfast.
Needed a hotel on short notice near Bridgeville, Pa. The Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe was an excellent fit. Clean, roomy, with a helpful staff. Would and did reccomend it to others.
Hotel is very nice, clean and friendly staff. Close enough to the city but yet far enough away.
Everything exactly as we expected it. Will stay there again.
I stayed one night in order to attend a conference. The room was very comfortable and clean with all amenties as described. One slight item of discomfort was a very loud room fan on the heater. My co-worker experienced the same noise in her room. The beds are very comfortable so the room fan did not stop me from sleeping. Overall, it's a great hotel and conference center.
Overall my experience was really good. The room was relatively clean, the hotel overall was very clean. Wonderful, small pool, perfect for a morning swim. Location was local to Pittsburgh and they are on the highest hill in the area, providing lovely views. Only issue was the bed. They have a unique feature to adjust the firmness. However, it's hit or miss. The bed was overly hard the first night, and way too soft the rest of the time. Woke up many times over the course of the night to change position due to this issue. Bottom line: I would stay there again.
We took in all the sights of the city on an extremely busy weekend, including baseball games, museums, the strip district's fine food, and we even took the "T" line one night instead of driving. We loved the compactness of this great city. The Hilton Garden Inn staff and amenities were terrific. Hotel perfectly situated outside the city. Great breakfast every morning. One of the most comfortable beds we ever slept in.
Very enjoyable. Comfortable room and many amenities. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to add another room and they were very good about setting it up for us. A great place to stay!
Attended a state fraternal meeting
We picked up our son from the airport and just wanted to spend the night instead of traveling back home which is 3 hours away. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip. Our room was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly.
The hotel is located atop a hill in a relatively new business community. The hotel is off the main highway so, the noise is minimal. The interior and exterior have a very upscale look to them. Afternoon fresh cookies are available at the front desk along with a 24 hour vending service. Restaurant has a gourmet breakfast serving both hot and cold food items daily. $9.95 per person all you can eat. There is a chef available every day to prepare your hot foods. The gym, pool and hot tub are small but do, the trick for enjoyment. Hotel is conveniently located to downtown and other Pittsburgh attractions.
The hotel was a little out of the way but except for slightly dusty furniture it was a very nice hotel with many amenities. [...] We would stay there again.
Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. Only thing missing is a good continental breakfast. Bring your bathing suit! The pool and hot tub are pretty good. Our housekeeping lady was AMAZING. It was as though my mom came over and cleaned everything -- including folding my clothes and giving us extra free bath products!
Very nice hotel. 2nd stay, no room available with a hot/jucuzzi tub and breakfast included.(honeymoon suite) No big deal, saved $200. Found out the public jucuzzi is better. I was there for a company christmas party, front desk people very nice, very helpful. I couldn't imagine a better hotel for the area.
