The lady at the front desk was very nice. She even gave me a water at check in. Rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is that they don’t supply coffee after breakfast. This is a big deal. Every hotel I have ever stayed at supplies coffee throughout the day. Nice hotel other than the coffee issue.

We had an early flight & most of the time you don't find much going on when leaving a hotel. This place was fantastic. The breakfast didn't open until 6 am but they had some food out and available to us and other customers leaving at 4:30. The night clerk, I believe his name was Ben, was a real jewel. He let us know about the snacks and kept us informed about the shuttle and with little reminders when the driver was on his way, etc. I will definitely return to stay when I have another early flight. He treated us like family.

I really enjoyed staying at this Hyatt! We got a large, beautiful suite that was clean and well maintained. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how large it was! The bed was comfy and my husband and I slept soundly. I liked the fan in the bathroom and loved the multiple mirrors throughout the suite! I also loved how friendly the hotel representative, Neeila was! I hope I spelt her name right! She was kind, wonderful, helpful, sweet, warm, engaging and greeted me every morning she was there! She really made my day a little sunnier and is a wonderful asset to the Hyatt! Please give this lady a raise and bonus for her excellence in customer service! I even observed her helping her coworkers and was amazed at her team spirit. She truly embodies what your hotel represents! Keep It up! The breakfast was so delicious and warm! Everyday I stayed there, there was something different on the menu! I loved the variety! I will definitely be visiting there again!

The room was clean but somewhat worn. We didn’t like that the bathroom was right by the bed and the elongated toilet was so close to the door that I banged my knee on it when I went in during the night. The breakfast was just average. My husband commented on how there was no breakfast meat like bacon or sausage because he likes to make a breakfast sandwich with the eggs and a biscuit. Minor annoyances but the price for this hotel was higher than average so we expected more. Not likely to stay there again when we visit Pittsburgh.
