The room, pool, breakfast and staff were all great. The only negative was that the treadmill in the gym didn't work and there was no notice about it. Overall great stay.

We are 2 seniors who were put into a room that was adjoining to rooms occupied with a group of partyers. On a Thursday night they started at around 1am and stayed up until our alarm went off at 6am. We understand the hotel doesn’t pick their guests but the hotel was half empty mid week in February. So why not separate guests. Everything else was good but we were absolutely exhausted for the 6 hour drive we had ahead of us. A very unpleasant experience.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Hotel smelled clean and fresh. Area was quiet and felt safe, even though the interchange between Washington & Pittsburgh was just up the road. Convenient to downtown Pittsburgh, Washington PA, and The Highlands in WV. Would consider staying again.

I did not realize that pets were not allowed. I offered to pay a pet fee and that was not a consideration. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you could not pay a fee for a pet. I was treated very rudely. It was terrible weather and we could not afford to rent another hotel. We ended up driving home. This is the last time I will book in advance. Tour the money no refund because I didn’t notice no pets
