Very nice The room was hot the first night but they took care of it immediately Also they did erroneously charge my room for items in the shop, but they took care of that. Wasn’t sure why they wouldn’t just look at the cameras and see who it was that used our room number, but maybe they did that after we checked out. Ultimately it was a nice stay and the hotel was nice

Everything was great until breakfast. The night before they told us what time breakfast is served and we went down to see what appeared to be a continental bfast… in fact it was very much similar to any cont bfast we get at any other hotel… and admittedly the food was good. However as we were finishing you can imagine my surprise when someone put a check for $45 for two continental bfasts in front of me. There is zero chance that was worth over $20 per person… and if I had kids with me and was expected to pay $100 for a cont bfast I would have been livid. As it is, it turned a nice stay into a meh stay….

Did not find out that the on site resturant was closed for dinner until arrival, even though the hotels on line presence states it was/is open. Chose the hotel for having on site resturant for evening dinner, as after a long journey, not up to navigating un familiar areas at night...

Upon arrival, there was food still in my fridge(which wouldnt get cold) from the previous guest, the room would not cool down, no matter what I set the thermostat to, and there was a fire alarm at 1:15AM which lasted nearly two hours because nobody seemed to be able to figure out what the non existent issue was.
