I did not get the room I paid for AC was terrible Shower fixtures falling off Paint off the walls in multiple spots Room poor presentation just a shame compared to other red roof affiliated places. And was told I had to pay extra to stay that wasn’t included in the displayed price.

The room was 100 Degrees, There were stains/mold on the wall ceiling. The sink was leaking. They kicked you out of the parking lot claiming the parking pass expired at check out only to give spots to people who weren't checked in yet. This should be explained while booking and again at check-in, it was a unique circumstance but created confusion in the morning of the event.

The TV didn't work. The air conditioning didn't work. Was told they had no other rooms. Then 45 minutes in they gave me another room. The staff was super kind. I wouldn't recommend and will probably not stay again. The staff made it tolerable. Kudos to them.

Pretty normal hotel.

We got a strange room with disco/club lighting and a bathroom with two entrances but only one door. Would have been perfect for a couple, but was a little awkward for three friends traveling together. Overall, the hotel was clean and conveniently located. I will say, however, that they’re dragging their feet a little on getting us back our room deposit, which was more than the price of the room.
