Amazing location! Beautiful newly remodeled modern Smart home with solar panels, natural light with skylight, nest central air conditioning/heat, ceilings fans, as well a keyless entry. All brand new 12 inch zinus mattress just added.

I'm right next to the walking trail if you'll like to tour around Bay Point in one strail.

Please note, families stay in separate unit added. on the other side of shared wall in the dining area. There is no access to either unit and have separate doors for entrance. You will have front door access with front street parking available to the house. The whole 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom is for your full use.
