I've stayed at this property multiple times but this was the last time. They took a deposit of $75 for one night but I was charged $300 for the housekeeping saying I smoked but I never ever smoked in the room. I don't even smoke but they will inconvenience you and blame you for anything to meet quotas. Management is rude and they will not try to resolve issues I had a terrible experience and homeless people were outside looking in cars during my stay it was a loud disturbance outside stay away from this location

There was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. There was poop and hair in the hot tub. Our phone didn’t work and was never fixed. The key cards stopped working after 1 use. The bed was rock hard and in comfortable. There was no shampoo.

Amazing hotel!!! So comfy and clean! The breakfast staff were incredible And so very attentive and sweet! The housekeeping were super nice and accommodating as well! The pool was clean and perfect! And coffee and hot tea out on the daily!! Thank you! Would stay again!

Comfortable and spacious

Comfortable, spacious with all the amenities for our 2 nights stay. Appreciate the daily breakfast with 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby. My only complaint is the shower curtain is old and didn't stay closed from both ends.

The night shift front desk (Cherryl) is awesome

The night shift front desk (Cherryl) is unbelievably awesome. After a frustrating day dealing with U-haul, we couldn't make it to the hotel that we originally booked and decided to book a hotel nearby. And Cherryl is literally the angel for us on the day. She patiently explain how we could park our U-haul with a trailer, greet us with warm words and some complimentary water bottles and cookies. She made our day much better and I would definitely give her 6 out of 5 if I could.
