Place was clean and my our needs for one night

Friendly staff but we had grease stained bath towels and stained sheets. I'm not THAT particular, but cleanliness is expected.

I needed to check in early and the owner said that was fine. I get there and he tells me I need to pay a fee for checking in early. But then decided to waive the fee. He charges me extra 40 dollars for having an extra person. I feel like he was finding anything to charge us for the room. Hotel outdated. No elevator.

AVOID!! I travel nonstop and I have never had an experience like this. I don't have time to go into details but the bedsheets had NOT been changed (disgusting) and the manager refused to refund me and then got very aggressive and unprofessional. They do not operate with integrity. Thank you Orbitz for stepping up and helping me out of this situation. Days Inn by Wyndham Concord is HORRIBLE. Orbitz was great.

Room, “manager” (if there’s actually one) amenities, and customer service are just plain terrible. Apparently, a domestic dispute is common in this hotel and manager who don’t know how to handle the situation. The people right next to us was fighting the whole night and no one seem to stop. I have an infant child and an 11 yr old, it made us feel unsafe and when we did an early check out. We didn’t get our money back.

Decent room, some better upkeep would be nice. Staff very accommodating.

A fair amount of road noise, frayed carpeting with exposed tacks (!) to step on, shelving loose on the wall. Breakfast was standard bad waffles etc.

Found some sort of medication under bed, steady stream of water coming from tub. People in room next to mine fought all night - including things being thrown, smoked in hall, etc... management could not control the uproar effectively and did not move me despite my request. I checked out first thing next morning EXHAUSTED despite having paid for an additional night!

Clean updated room. Super friendly staff and a decent breakfast in the morning.

Dirty old hotel, over represent themselves in the pictures, place smells like old socks. Rude morning staff yelled at us to get out at 11 am or pay for the extra day.

I would stay again. Nice place for being in Concord

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was looking at us like we had no reservation even after i gave her my name , ID , Ect.. she was just plain rude. Breakfast was very limited there were no napkins, there was no waffle mix, and only one of us in our group got to eat sausage and egg because that ran out too. (It was still breakfast time) Im not too picky but I would not stay here again with my family, maybe for a person traveling alone I would not stay here again.

Room was comfortable and cable selections were good.
