Angela and other staff members were very informative and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast, and the outdoor hot tub was a nice bonus. The elevator was old and creaky, and we did mention a slight dog hair smell in our room, but they were quick to respond and send up a carpet cleaner. We were very happy with our stay.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the carpet smelled like dog. The pool was filthy. The front staff appeared bored but was not rude. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were nice, friendly and worked hard to make your stay pleasant. I will not be returning, however. The pool should be maintained.
