A fun spring get away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here!! The house was incredibly well stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to appliances to ziplocks and basic cooking essentials. We were very impressed with it and how at home we felt. The rooftop deck was a sweet place to spend our mornings. It was walking distance to everything in Pismo but far enough from Pomeroy to not be loud. We loved it and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful property! Nicely appointed, well-stocked, short walk to beach and downtown, and very comfortable. Our group of retired college friends loved it!

Walking to distance to all things in Pismo and very short and accessible drive to SLO, Arroyo Grande and the airport. Having the two car garage was great for our group, as well. The property was extremely clean and beds were comfortable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine with our stay but the day of checkout the keypad on the front door lock stopped working. I called and they answered right away and tried to give me a different code but it wouldn’t work. We were able to lock the front door from the inside and used the garage to exit the property. Not a big deal just wanted to make sure I could secure the property before we left.

great place

The place and location are great. My only grip would be that the picture of the front and garage are not the actual pictures of the place. The garage is fine for small cars or a small suv, but it is very very low and a very tight space to get into. My truck is a standard 1500 and it was too tall to get in. There was plenty of parking during the week outside. But on the weekend it may not be the same.The place was very well stocked and very clean. One of the better VRBO experiences we have had. Highly recommend. Just know that if you drive a truck or large SUV of any kind you likely wont fit in the garage and will have to find street parking. Otherwise the place is absolutely perfect for a family.

Great property but too warm during our stay without even a spare fan

This unit was great except for the fact that the tiny bedroom downstairs did not have a ceiling fan and leaving the windows at the street level made my girls uncomfortable and hence the room was steamy and warm with not even a floor fan which they claimed were in the closets - despite a request, we never received them either. Even the top floor bedrooms even with the ceiling fans were very comfortable due to the heat from the terrace. So pretty sleepless nights due to the lack of fans. A few floor fans would have done the trick - Otherwise very clean and well equipped unit - just as described ! This might work out perfectly for the cooler months :)

It’s clean, well maintained and has has plenty of supplies. It is within walking distance to the Pismo pier and a wide variety of restaurants. Customer service is excellent.
