Love the little red chalet

We stayed for a few days while we waited to pick up our daughter from camp. The location was excellent and the house had everything we needed. We hope to return soon.

Cleaning fee as much as rental and was not that clean

Tables were sticky either from cleaner or not clean. Mouse pooh in basement and moldy suitcase by the stairway, washing machine is not level so jumps all over. The cleaning fee was as much as the rental for two nights and the PM want you to start laundry and dishes for them! Nice location but overpriced for what you get. PM said not to use VRBO review as they get docked $$ for poor reviews and just want to fix things. Many prior reviews mention these same problems.

Property was as it was described. Pros: Very clean and well stocked, non-stick pans for cooking Cons: No TV, the projector wasn't the best (bring your own speaker). Neighbor was nice, but the dogs came into the yard constantly

Overall great experience, the outside of house needed a cleaning, inside was spotless with everything you need for a short or long break. Woods are magical!!! Lots of deer and bunnies.

Amazing Mountain Cabin Experience

The property was accurately described. The drive to the cabin was enjoyable. Great location and close to several other towns. Furnished with everything a home would need! Very clean. Saturday morning we were visited by two of the neighborhood dogs; which the kids loved. It reminded them of being back home. The neighbors were friendly. The view was fantastic. The property manager responded quickly to texts. This was a great experience for my family! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable and beautiful place for vacation

We loved this house. It is very close to the town and accessible. Amazing interior decoration and every space was great equipped. Even my own home kitchen has less appliances than that kitchen. We look forward to visit this place again. Thanks for be dog friendly. We really appreciate your support.

Great place to stay

My family and I loved this cabin. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the deck is awesome! Our teenager loved the loft area. And it was only 10 minutes from Oscar Blues!

Beautiful Area

The house was cute and comfortable . We only had 1 problem and that was with the neighbor. He kept letting his dogs(3) run free so every time I went to walk my dog they would come running up to us and it was not fun. It kind of scared me because I didn't know how they would react. I even asked him once to watch his dogs. Other then that a nice stay.

Great cabin and location!

Great cabin and setting and we had a great stay! I know some reviews commented on the neighbors but there are new neighbors next door now and they were very nice. This cabin's set-up was perfect for our family with teens but if you have little ones, be aware that the railing in the loft is extremely low and could be dangerous. We loved the screen and projector as well as the fire pit each night. We enjoyed downtown Brevard which was a short 10 min. drive from the cabin. I'd also recommend hiking in Dupont Forest about 25 mins away to see the beautiful Triple Falls, High Falls, and Hooker Falls. Communication with property management company had the fastest response by texting with Terese directly. Would highly recommend this cabin for your next vacation!

Highly recommended

Loved this place! Very clean (other than just a few bugs we saw in the bathroom. The railing for the loft was very low so would caution for kids. Other than those things this place was fantastic and perfect for our stay. We will be back!

Very Good Location and Cozy

We had a great experience. This is cozy place and set up well for family dinners. You do need to fix/replace the refrigerator. It does make noise that is disruptive. We would stay again. Nice place. Thanks for sharing.

Brevard Trip

The place was okay, have had much nicer accommodations in Almond, NC for the same rental cost. We wanted to explore Brevard for our 10th anniversary. Place needs a little sprucing up, for example front door looks like original paint and dirty, the front door is the first impression. We did enjoy the deck but bring the bug spray. The freezer makes a noise, so I would improve the refrigerator as well. We would not stay here again but we had a fun time in Brevard. We liked that it was pet friendly.
