Nice room but terrible service

The room was a good size with good facilities: wifi, fridge and kettle. Well done. One problem was that all the sockets except one were Italian, rather than European, and the fridge, kettle and my laptop all needed the European socket! The breakfast service was atrocious. The worst I have ever had anywhere. It took over 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. On my last morning I had finished my breakfast before the pot of tea arrived, so I did not have time to drink it. Management: you need to fix this, it is terrible. Why not have hot water in the breakfast room?

Fabulous seafood restaurant! The hotel is in need of updating...dormitory rooms with twin beds-- great if you are on a tight budget. However, dead bugs in the light fixture is not a welcoming sight. Breakfast was surprisingly meager with such a great restaurant on site. This is a very isolated location and you must either use the airport shuttle or drive your own car. There is nothing within walking distance.

Very nice B & B . Good breakfast left out to allow a 5.00 a.m. Departure. Taxi for airport promised for 5.00 did not arrive causing a major problem but luckily we flagged a taxi after walking towards airport for about 1 mile. We would have missed flight otherwise. Hotel owner needs to sort this out !!!

The hotel is quite a distance from the centre and it is in a quiet area.. The room was spacious with a nice big bed .The breakfast area was in a covered out side extension and the service was not efficient with only one staff member to cope .

Lovely Stay and Reccommended

This is the perfect place to stay with a visit to Pisa and an overnight stay before flying out or when one has flown into the city. The rooms are super clean and comfortable - very cool when a heatwave is happening outside in August! The staff were welcoming and super helpful - I would definitely visit again and will keep a note to tell friends to visit! The breakfast was super yummy with excellent home made cakes and pastries. Do visit even if you need a base for a very early or late flight!

Lovely welcoming place

Lovely B&B in a quiet neighborhood. Monica and staff are all very welcoming with a wonderful breakfast and clean and comfortable room. It is about a 30-40 minute walk from train station and a 15-20 minute walk from shopping and restaurants. Because most restaurants don't open until 7:30 for dinner we found ourselves walking back quite late and felt a bit uneasy. If the location was better I would have no trouble rating it a 5.
