Positives - Great location - walking distance to leaning tower, can walk along the river and main shopping areas, there is a Conad supermarket around the corner, near the train station- The host/manager allowed us an early check-in due to flight we appreciated thisNeutral - The key broke due to the lock being stiff and the host/manager gave a replacement the next day - acted like it was a favour - no - it was your duty due to the poor state of the locksNegative - The washing machine simply did not work - and the host/manager came in one day with a technician and declared it fixed - it was not fixed - so it did take time to handwash some of our items and did not allow us to keep as clean as we would have liked or even look after their towels as we would have liked- We left the AC on one day - we were late to catch a train and the manager/host started lecturing me about extra surcharges on text - very patronising - esp. as the listing said there were no surcharges for the AC - and we spent most days out - and did not use the flat that much- I sent a list of suggestions - there toilet seat was broken, the key locks need servicing, the was an open socket in one of the rooms that needed fixing - and again the host who was kind to start with started lecturing me and being patronising about them not being a 5-star hotel with 24x7 support - erm - I was suggesting improvement for the future and their future guests - and yes the place is actually not cheap.Place-5*,Host-1*
