Les communications électroniques d’Alexandre et Lisa-Marie via la plateforme VRBO étaient précises et dans un délai excellent. Les informations abondantes découvertes sur place à divers endroits, dont celles signées par Michel et Mylène, entraient parfois en contradiction avec les règles reçues par voie électronique. Ces divergences altéraient un peu la tranquillité d’esprit, ce qui contrastait avec le lieu paisible, bien entretenu et équipé, tant pour la cuisine que pour les aires détente.Le confort de la chambre principale est magnifique et largement supérieur aux chambres des étages. L’air frais du lac, les émouvants levés du soleil, l’odeur de la rosée…Le terrain est superbe mais pourrait être complexe pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Il exigerait une haute surveillance pour des jeunes enfants.En provenance de Sherbrooke, les trajets proposés par les applications GPS sont parfaits pour qui aime parcourir les sites montagneux et/ou certaines sections en gravier. Pour les autres,un détour de 15-30 minutes par Nantes/Marston ou Lac-Mégantic/Woburn est une option plus tranquille bien que moins impressionnante car Val-Racine, et encore davantage en automne, se démarque par ses panoramas spectaculaires. Sur le quai et sur le patio surélevé, j’ai regretté ne pas avoir ajouté les lunettes d’approche à nos bagages pour scruter encore davantage les chaînes de montagnes.Début juin, Piopolis rend hommage au «Temps des lilas » et, en toute saison, au temps du magasin général.
