The Space:
The Gemini House is situated within the pines on 0.75 acres and has everything you need to accommodate gatherings with family and friends. Step into the top floor of this beautiful Pinehurst home, where spaciousness, natural light, and thoughtful design come together to create the perfect retreat for golf getaways and relaxed Southern living. The open-concept layout offers plenty of room to gather, whether you're recapping your round, enjoying a home-cooked meal, or simply kicking back with your favorite show.

A fully equipped open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into a large dining area, ideal for shared meals or card games with your crew. Just beyond, a bright Carolina sunroom offers the perfect spot to sip morning coffee, catch up on emails, or unwind with a book. The attached deck extends your living space outdoors, fire up the grill or relax beneath the trees after a day on the course.

Our primary ensuite is a true retreat, offering a spacious bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private sunroom featuring an additional Keurig, comfortable office setup, and printer, perfect for remote work or journaling in the morning sun. The spa-like ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, a walk-in glass shower, a relaxing jacuzzi tub, and a private restroom for added comfort.

The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a trundle with two twin beds and a private ensuite handicapped accesible bathroom for added comfort and privacy. There is also a convenient half bath off the main hallway, perfect for guests during gatherings or quick fresh-ups. The home also includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink, ideal for keeping your golf gear fresh or handling longer stays with ease.

Please note that the bottom level of the home and backyard is temporarily closed off and under renovation due to a recent storm, but the entire top floor is completely private and unaffected, offering everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Other Things to Note:
- A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
- Please do not park in the garage.
- Fireplaces are inoperable
