The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the train station where you can take the train to Barcelona (approx. 1 h) or Blanes (15 min approx.) or Lloret (30 min approx.). The centre of Pineda is just a 10-minute walk away.



It is the ideal location to enjoy and explore our coast.



Persons on the property:

· The house is rented in its entirety for exclusive use by guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and no more people can stay/visit at the same time on the property.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



Check-in:· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.. Key collection is done at our office from 16:00 to 19:00 Carrer de les Antilles 1317310 Lloret de Mar.Late arrival and departure:· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)· Out of hours check-in option with safety box at the office at no cost.· Not showing up on the check-in day, no refund of the booking will be made.· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1 per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.Cleaning:. The house must be properly tidied, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in street containers before check-out, otherwise a €100 fee will be charged from the guarantee deposit.IMPORTANT:In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.Beach towels are not provided.Keys:· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, to be charged on-site to the technician.Rules:· Guests accept to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property. - If there are neighbour complaints or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately. Lighting candles or any other objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling is prohibited.· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during the stay.
