It was way more than I actually expected from reviews. The bed was comfortable, I can’t say the same for the pillows. Had to go get one of my own. But the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean the hotel smelled clean as soon as you walked in. The breakfast was great for being a continental breakfast, the cafe attendant was superb. Never lacked anything. They all did an amazing job. I would definitely stay again.

the room was old paint chipping off the wall the room smelled/they just shampooed the carpet the bathroomwas a 1 out of 5 hotel needs updating bad the staff was excellent. especially the front desk clerk

Everything and everyone was ok except tge graveyard front desk clerk. I went down stairs to buy water and a snack. She wasnt at the desk i waited about 5-10 minutes saying hello is anyone back there and got no answer. Then finally a woman walked in tge door and said what u need. Im like huh she had a very nasty attitude like I did something to her. Sge need a lesson in customer service. Lajoya or latoya needs another job where she dont have to deal with people. Ither than that our stay was great.
