Horrible stay I am disputing the charge!!

We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible..

Quarto não estava limpo não tinha toalhas não tinha travesseiros extras no hotel e as 6 da manhã dispara o alarme de incêndio, um alarme falso e ninguém do hotel sequer explicou ou se desculpou. Os quartos não tem telefone para ter contato com a recepção . Péssima experiência nem parecia estar em um hotel de uma rede tão renomada.
