Perfect for us

We really enjoyed our stay here. They had pretty much anything we could really need supplied. The BBQ grill was definitely a plus. They even had a hose for my grandson's little sprinkler. I enjoyed the privacy the woods and greenery provided us along with the fencing around the patio for more privacy. It was very clean, even with being a dog friendly place. I cannot say enough about the communication between myself and the host! It was amazing! Pretty much immediate responses and routine "check ins" with us to see if we needed anything. The ONLY cautionary thing to say, is you have to be very careful when pulling out of the driveway because there were a lot of cars coming down the hill and they weren't going 25mph. Very enjoyable experience!

Nice place, excellent location

Upon first impressions the location was great. You’ll first notice the parking is a little weird. You can fit 2 vehicles, we had a truck and SUV, but it’s tight. Luckily it’s not a real busy street. When you enter the home it’s very neat and clean looking but could use a proper cleaning. The pull out couch had crumbs and dirt in it and we found a hair clip from a previous person. To us there was a slight musty smell in the back bedroom and laundry area but was not noticeable in the front of the apartment. When we stayed, there was a person in the upper part of the apartment but never was bothersome and never saw nor heard them. You’ll notice the floor is unlevel in multiple spots. Neighborhood is quiet and owner is pet friendly just clean up after your pets. Access to the pet area is a little frustrating, there’s no gate so you have to go through a small opening. Price vs what you get is a little high but it’s fair given it’s location, no extra pet fees, allows pet, and neat in appearance.

Nice house, close to everything

Nice house with quick access to everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Upon check-in we did notice that there was only enough parking for one vehicle, but the host was quick to reply to our question and was accommodating. House is kept very clean and has the basic necessities without being overwhelming. Overall, we would choose to stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Quiet Getaway

Despite the busy strip being right down the hill, this was a quiet area. Loved that we were so close to action. House was ideal and comfortable. No extra fee for dog was also a bonus. Go to Alcatraz Museum we’ll worth it.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. Derek answered all our questions, place was clean, beds were comfy. There were all the cooking essentials. The space was perfect for us and very close to everything in pigeon forge. Walking distance to restaurants etc. quite safe and private at night. There was even a little Christmas tree and decorations set up which we appreciated since we were there with our little ones. Definitely recommend.

Great stay

Came for a quick stay. Amazing location. So close to the downtown fun but also conveniently located so that you can skip some of the major traffic areas. Very easy to ride and drive to. Perfect for a small group. Loved that you could bring your fur babies with you and they had a designated space for potty breaks. That has been an issue with places in the past. It’s hard to find good potty places when there is limited grass. Check in was a breeze and we were well prepared ahead of time. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Pigeon Forge

This place was absolutely perfect. We decided to bring our dogs on our annual family trip to Pigeon Forge and came across this dog-friendly VRBO. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The best part is the location. It's less than a mile from the parkway, so it was super convenient to stop by the house throughout the day to rest and let the dogs out when they weren't with us. We will definitely be booking here again!

5 Star Stay

Property was amazing! The check in process could not have been easier, the house was clean, and well stocked. The location was perfect, you are in town but don’t feel like you’re in town! Walking distance to restaurants, and shops. We traveled with our small dog and it was perfect for that, with a great fenced in area for her to potty. Great host provides comfy home in excellent location.

This 2 bedroom home with sofa sleeper was perfect for my husband, myself, and grandchildren ages 14, 12, and 7. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, provided plenty of linens, pillows, and towels, and good starter supplies. The double vanity in bathroom was very helpful. The location was wonderful. Access to home was super easy, and host was fantastic. Parking our pickup truck and pulling out onto road was tricky, but host was helpful. The arcade console was great for the kids. Would stay here again.

Awesome Home!

I loved every inch of this rental home! The owner was very professional and didn't bother us but would reach out immediately if any concerns came up! I will stay anywhere in the world if this man is the owner. I wish I could give him 10 stars!! And the property 11+ stars. I highly recommend this place. We were literally .25 mile from the main strip!!!! Perfect Location, awesome owner, and an amazing property!!!!!
