First time visiting Pigeon Forge, and the Country Bear Cove cabin was perfect. Cabin was clean, we enjoyed the peacefulness, no close neighbors, and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.The lower level game room was an added bonus. Only complaint was the master bath shower was dark, only light was above the sink. Overall would definitely rent again.

Was exceptionally clean. Spacious for a family of 5. Comfortable surroundings. One of the best locations ever, will definitely be back.

Beautiful cabin and location

Was beautiful location and cozy beds. Only issue is there were fleas in the basement bedroom. Thinking someone prior brought pets. Would definently stay again.

Cabin was great!

Plenty of room, lots of entertainment, close to many attractions at Pigeon Forge! Kids loved the pool table & corn hole! Only drawback was the washer kept hanging up, took a minute to figure out how to make it run a full cycle.

Great visit

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Super comfortable, just as advertised. Great fun for the kids. Close to everything but peaceful and quiet with nice backyard view. We even saw some snow! Highly recommend. * I was offered a gift card by the rental group for submitting a review of any kind.

Lovely Cabin in the woods

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful bear theme cabin. It brought great joy to play games from our childhood on the arcade machine. The art in the game room was perfect for that area. Thank for not decorating the house in early November in Christmas decorations, it allowed us to stay in a fall frame of mind, which we really enjoyed. Great location close to many attractions and restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality!!!

The beds were awful, sheets were worse, location was terrible mostly due to the event going on, frig kept tripping the outlet and was fixed the next day. Just not my kind of mountain retreat.

Amazing Cabin Rental

Overall, I enjoyed this cabin! It is not far from “downtown” Pigeon Forge and it is easy to find. I liked that there was room for parking multiple vehicles. The interior of the cabin was very clean and organized. The upstairs portion has plenty of space alone and the master bed room mattress is comfy. I enjoyed having the hot tub on the main level! The balcony on the main level has a great view of all the trees which is nice to look at while in the hot tub. Downstairs is very nice with the pool table and game table as well as cornhole. I do think it would be nice to have a secondary porch swing on the second balcony or even some rocking chairs. However, it was still very nice even without those things! The downstairs bed room & bathroom are also nice and has a private feel to it. Overall I think liked this cabin and would recommend it! The cleanliness, location, and entertainment are all perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at this cabin. The space was roomy and bright. There were plenty of towels, extra sheets and blankets if we needed them. The beds were comfy and even my kids who shared a bed slept great each night. The cabin had a lot of entertainment including the pool table, arcade games, and board games. My family especially loved the pool table. The location of the cabin is great. While in an area with other cabins, this one felt pretty private. We enjoyed the outdoor space just as much as indoors. The screened in porch was an amazing place to sit in the mornings and drink coffee. We ate outside at the table and also relaxed in the hot tub several evenings. Great communication, cozy cabin and a wonderful family vacation.

Disappointed and dissatisfied with dysfunctional/malfunctioning hot tub only to receive the typical Okey Doke corporate answer and apology with no positive solution to appropriately address my concern, especially given the amount of money paid for the vacation package and advertised vacation experience.
