This location checked off everything we needed for our vacation getaway! The host was very communicative about everything we needed to know for check-in and check-out procedures. The rental was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was very close to all major attractions as well! I would definitely reserve this location again for future visits to Gatlinburg!

Room was just as described and ready for check in at stated time. Plenty of room for families with enough separation that they wouldn’t get in your nerves! LOLWe loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Family room and kitchen were big enough for gatherings and well stocked kitchen.

We arrived to find no vlean towels a couple bathrooms and a pile of dirty towels in the floor of the main floor bath. The lights were not working in the rear bedroom upstairs, this was all reported to the manager. Clean Towels were delivered Late the first night and we were told an electrician would come by the next day and check out the lights. On the second day noon our family was out and about enjoying our vacation when I received a call from Justin's assistant telling me we were being put out on the street and they had no where to move us. They only offered partial refund. They did not offer help in finding a place our family of 8 could go to finish our vacation. I was told to contact VRBO and that was absolutely a waste of time!!!

I travel with my for a few days with my family. We enjoyed the individual bedrooms and private bathrooms. We had a four year old and being close to the playground and pool was convenient. All the basics amenities for the bathroom and kitchen were well stocked.I would suggest that the dumpster have instructions on how to open it.Very convenient driving to various sights.

Excellent Choice

This was the best little rental! It was so clean and host was extremely kind and helpful. 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, nice kitchen and comfortable living room. It was in A GREAT location, making everything quick and convenient. Highly recommend and probably will stay there again!!

Fberry getaway

Great house with plenty of bathrooms and beds for group of 10. Minor issues ( as with most places you stay) representative was quick to respond. Pool was not mentioned in the ad, but very small and 3’ deep.Take your own pillows! Oh, Kuriq coffee ONLY!

Close to Dollywood!

We had a family trip to Dollywood. This place was very close and we did not have to deal with traffic. Great location for restaurants, shopping, and other activities. Newly built, comfortable beds, and everyone had their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, but shocked by condo.

When we arrived the condo was surprisingly dirty for its price range.. spider webs on the kitchen cabinets to the clock that has no batteries, hanging from the ceilings, on the lamps in the living rooms and bedrooms, prior guests hair on the ground in bathrooms, dirty showers around the edges and corners. It made us feel like the condo was barely cleaned. We ended up cleaning the place ourselves and found a woman’s pad wrapper on the floor behind the toilet (ewww). The dumpster in the parking lot was so overflowing it smelled horrible and trash was stacked and piled all around it. This condo is so nice and it really surprised us with the shape it’s in already and it’s brand new. The siding is falling off, there’s no individual trash can for the condo, the game room has 3 games and 1 is broken. There’s no towel hooks for towels for the hot tub, there’s no bath mats so when you get out of the shower you soak the floors, the pillows are paper thin and we didn’t see extras, there’s no toilet paper holder in one bathroom, the upstairs doesn’t go below 74° until night time. The refrigerator barely stays cold. I’d stay here again but idk if I would say it’s a $2000+ condo with how it’s currently taken care of. If you stay here I’d recommend bringing a couple things.. wipes, pillows, bath towels, bath mats, shower hooks.. We did reach out to the host and was told it doesn’t get deep cleaned until spring and fall, so be prepared to clean yourself or double check the place first
