Family vacation

We loved being so close to the action, but feeling like we were out in the country. It was quiet and peaceful. There were a few minor maintenance issues with light bulbs being out in a bathroom to towel holders that weren't secured to the wall very well. We were afraid to use them. Other than that, we were happy with our stay and the ease of booking our condo.

Smoky Mountain Stay

Property is beautifully maintained outside. Inside is decorated nicely. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The grandkids loved it more than a hotel room. We will definitely be stating again.

Perfect location

The condo was very nice. It was very central to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Somehow I didn’t receive their email with instructions and they weren’t getting the messages I sent on VRBO but after we made contact by phone everything was great. (I think it was just technology glitches) They were quick to respond by phone/text. We had no issues of any kind while staying at the condo. We would definitely rent from them again.

Our stay

Our overall stay and location was very nice. However, the cleanness was not ok. I run a cleaning business and this is not except able. We get chrged a cleaning fee but came into a uncleaned condo. Bedrooms blankets was still dirty and cobwebs everywhere along with thick dust on things especially around furniture and corner of floors. Finger prints on fridge still. We had to clean to feel comfortable. Will not stay here againi have pictures i took. Even the balcony was dirty

There was acouple of issues walking through the door. Called the owner and he fixed the air conditioning and brought over a new coffee maker. The place was a little outdated and needs a few little repairs. Nice location!

Great place

Very clean and close to town, so that was convenient. Fully furnished a lot of cooking utensils, and towels. The only complaint was not getting the passcode in a timely manner. I had it before checkin but the same day of checkin.
