Nous avons louĂ© Ă  5 (4 adultes et 1 enfant). Le logement est idĂ©alement situĂ© prĂšs de la presqu’üle de L’Isolella, Ă  l’abri du vent. Michel est un hĂŽte sympathique, qui explique bien les activitĂ©s Ă  faire aux alentours. Le logement est correct et la terrasse abritĂ©e est un plus. Je recommande ce logement.

Le logement est bien situé. Le petit bemol, il n'est pas conçu pour des personnes handicapées car il y a des grandes marches partout. Une pour acceder a la salle de bain, a la cuisine, a la chambre....

Le logement est vĂ©tuste et dĂ©crĂ©pi. La salle de bain est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une baignoire usagĂ©e. C'est la piĂšce la moins bien du logement. L’ensemble bien que propre laisse un sentiment de nĂ©gligĂ©. Bref un peu cher pour la prestation rendue. Le propriĂ©taire est aimable et nous a bien renseignĂ© sur les coins Ă  visiter La terrasse couverte est chouette, la maison est situĂ©e prĂ©s des commerces de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ© et mĂȘme d’un pharmacie et Ă  env. 200m de la plage. A env. 20' de Porticcio L’allĂ©e du lotissement est dĂ©noncĂ©e L’endroit est calme. Au GPS , il faut bien indiquer l'adresse complĂšte, si on met uniquement le nom du village, on se retrouve en montagne.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçus par le propriĂ©taire qui nous a bien renseignĂ©s sur les choses Ă  voir / Ă  faire dans les environs. La location est bien situĂ©e, Ă  proximitĂ© de plusieurs plages accessibles Ă  pied. La terrasse couverte et le jardin sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. Mais la route cĂŽtiĂšre situĂ©e en contrebas est bruyante (en aoĂ»t). L'amĂ©nagement de la location mĂ©riterait un coup de neuf : literie fatiguĂ©e (lit double), baie vitrĂ©e (chambre lit double) et porte-fenĂȘtre (sĂ©jour) qui ne se verrouillent pas, lave-vaisselle qui fuit.

Nous recherchions un petit coin calme mais avec plage à proximité, ça a été le cas, d'autant plus que Michel a fait installé la clim... quelle bonne surprise car il faisait vraiment chaud ! Pas de vis à vis ! Grande terrasse ombragée prolongée par la végétation PremiÚre plage à 7 min à pied avec jeunes enfants Les chambres sont grandes, grande télé aussi et le canapé est grand et confortable Que demander de plus ?!
