Cheap Good enought big family and close to the food market ,mini mart, not far from beach. Comfortable and convenient ☺ not far from shopping center and bangla street. About hotel is clean , room is big . No car park but can find on the streets. Lovely swimming pool. Not noise at night.

Patong Paradee Resort is a lovely little hotel only a short walk from all amenities. The hotel is situated at the end of Prachanukhro Road, near to where the hilly drive to Karon Beach begins. The back view of the hotel is of a beautiful lush mountain, with the crystal clear pool below. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk away, as well Bangla Road and Jungceylon a 15 minute walk away. The OTOP Market is very near as well, so you can do all your shopping and drop it off at your room before going off on your next adventure. The room is very spacious, and has all that you need (Kettle, bar fridge, aircon). The breakfast is quite bland, but perfect for a quick eggs on toast in the morning before setting off to the beach. The staff overall were very friendly, and the wifi was always connected and fast. I really recommend this Resort for a budget stay in Patong, that is close to all places you would like to see and has great little massage parlours, restaurants and tour centres nearby.

Ideal location, I must say. Patong Beach, Bangla Road & Jungceylon were only ten minutes walk away. Value for money too. Our room was very minimalistic with a mountain view, and it was surprisingly spacious though. Read the full review at www.wolvestruckwanders.com :)

We booked a deluxe double room and arrive slightly early. We were not allowed our room until exactly 2pm check in time.! The room itself was clean with everything you would expect from a deluxe room including tea and coffee making facilities. The pool is small and in the afternoon it's shaded so very cold. The staff seem miserable and not at all helpful. The hotel is located approx 5 mins to beach and 10 mins to bangla road so the position is good. There is a river running along side the hotel which smells so not pleasant if you are by the pool. Patong is a large place and I am sure you can find better accommodation for the same price.

This was my first experience in the beautiful country Thailand. The beaches are lovely however this particular hotel has to increase its standards by a mile! The breakfast lacks variety, the quality of food jams, juice ( diluted), extremely poor its nauseating fir a lack of a better word. We were supposingly given a delux room instead if superior however the bed is as hard as a rock (read previously by another review too). The only staff that are friendly and helpful are the ladies that clean... Other than that the front line staff lack customer skills. I kindly requested for a knife in my room as I wanted to peel fruit, I was declined upfront by the "flamboyant" receptionist as well as the lady who seemed to be the supervisor at the restaurant. I am extremely disappointed that a reputable company like flight centre would be associated with this standard of hotels as I really looked forward to my trip

Well located hotel, very close to patong center . All facilities at the hotel . The Rooms are very large and clean . Very helpful and friendly staff . Hotel manager is very nice as well . There is à restaurant in the hotel . Food is very good . Sometimes at night you can hear 2 or 3 tuk tuk coming back from city center, but it was ok for me .

This hotel is very well situated. It is only a 15 minute to Bangla road and a 1 minute walk to main shopping. The hotel room is ok. Bed a bit hard though. Yes it does need a few minor things looking at. Like the deck chairs are cheap and few other small things. There are 2 parts of the hotel. The old part and new. Make sure you get new part it is nicer. The only issue I had was the wifi in my room wasn't very good. You basically only got 1 bar at best. You could get a good signal in the lobby. All in all if you want a clean room which is quite nice, a pool and good location then yeah this is value for money.

The staff on the front desk could do with taking a few days off and re-evaluating why they have become such awful people. However the rooms are pretty average and cheap considering what you get. Don't get me wrong do not book this for a family holiday, but if you need an upgrade from a hostel you could do much worse. The main negative is that's it is situated directly next to a heavily polluted river which acts as a motorway for Mosquitos. Someone had the bright idea of building the pool on the rivers banks and we can only assume it was the front desk staff in a major attempt to kill off all visitors with malaria before eventually turning the gun on themselves. In summary; cheap room, hard bed, not bad breakfast. Could find better.

On arrival the extremely rude lady behind the desk demanded that I pay my entire bill, even though I had already paid via Asia rooms some 5 weeks before. Then told that my room was not available and we had to move to another hotel. Then 2000 Baht was demanded for a room key deposit - no cards accepted - cash only. Room 104 almost zero natural light, only window was approximately 8 inches wide. One day later, I was presented with a credit card receipt which I was again asked to pay. Sensibly, I refused otherwise I would have ended up paying twice (USD$70 a night is frankly a joke for this place). All up,a thoroughly depressing few days in a resort that is normally a lot of fun. I have travelled to 65 countries and never felt compelled to write a poor review - says it all about Patong Paradee I guess...

This was my 4th time travelling to Phuket and I was never this unhappy as I were on 17 November 2013 upon arriving at the Patong Paradee Resort. The reception area consisted of fold up desks and dilapidated wooden chairs. The lady was extremely rude and demanded a 1000Baht or $100 deposit per room which we had to pay immediately. We were not informed of this by our travel agent. Then we were informed of all the rules and regulations around the pool area which was located next to a polluted river – the smell was unbearable. We couldn’t even have our own cold drinks at the pool without obtaining permission from the hotel manager first. I mean really!!! There were only six chairs next to the pool. We were a group of six so if other guests occupied the chairs before us there was no space for us next to the pool. I suppose we could have moved to the reception area which was located directly next to the pool. Gmf. All the balcony's we cracked and were "decorated" with dirty plastic chairs. Also, the chairs in front of the hotel was in dreadful condition. Only 4 seats so if you are six people, you sit on the floor. Not really what one would expect from any hotel. We then decided to seek alternative accommodation for we could not see ourselves spending 10 days of our well deserved holiday in that dump!
