Great value nice pool

The hotel is great value if you are in a budget if you are looking for luxury this is not for you.Rooms are clean with a small balcony Housekeeping come in every day replenish tea and coffee and bottles of water. Pool is decent with sun loungers. Would recommend decent hotel and great location.

Old, Outdated Apartment & Wear Ear Plugs!

The Expedia website is inaccurate. There is no pool. There are not 4 restaurants on the premises. They do not provide any toiletries such as shampoo and bar soap. There is a posted sign adjacent to the toilet to not flush toilet paper! The apartment is in need of an overhaul. The "double bed" consisted of two twins moved together. The mattresses were tired, and the bathroom dismal. The kitchen was located in a common area outside our locked door and not air conditioned. Everyday we had to fight the mosquitoes and ants that find their way into our space. We stopped bringing in food, which defeated the purpose of having an apartment. The worst part was during the night when the live performance of the Phuket Elvis impersonator started twice a week from 7 PM to about midnight. OMG! Imagine a short, skinny, middle aged Thai man in Las Vegas sequines crooning Elvis songs... It was bad, very bad. And LOUD.

Our stay at Nin Apartments was great. Upon arriving we were amazed and so happy about the location, right across from the beach. We couldn't believe the location for the amount of money we paid. Very clean, they cleaned it everyday which was great because we were always tracking sand in. On one of the balconies there is a tiny view of the ocean, which was pretty cool. There were four of us who stayed and one big bed so the comfort of sleeping wasn't the best we had, as two people had to sleep on cots. But we knew this going in and did not find any trouble with it. The big bed was comfortable and the 2 cots were as comfortable as cots can be. The service here was great, as well. All questions we had about anything whether it being culture, travel, or about the room were answered with enthusiasm and they really seemed like they like talking with us. This hotel is a great location, as I mentioned, a very short walking distance from the beach. It is also located a very short walking distance to the main Patak Rd. which was great when we wanted to go to a few bars at night and for grabbing a bite to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Nin Apartments er egentlig en del av Lap Ro i, og ligger i tilstøtende bygg, men har enklere standard. Rommene er basic, med lite kjøleskap og liten balkong. Air-con ok, men wi-fi er horribel. Dårlig vanntrykk, oc ingen dør mellom wc og soverom. Bittelite basseng, men Karon Beach er rett over gaten. Mange russere. Bratte trapper. Kort vei til hovedgaten med mange restauranter.

Är Nim detsamma som mögel på THAI?

Kom dit till ett mögelrum och försökte att byta, men det fanns inga alternativ. Hade tänkt stanna 4 nätter, men letade redan vid ankomsten efter ett annat hotell. Både jag och min son är känsliga för mögel vilket gjorde att läget var akut. Betalade med skatter och avgifter ungefär 800 kr/natt och det var inte värt 80 kr. Hade endast en övernattning och fick tillbaka 4 000 BHT, vilket motsvarar c:a 1 000 SEK. Bytte till Eden Resort, som var kanon. Betalade på plats.

Bra läge! Nära till allt, shopping,mat och strand. Mindre fräscht, blev kompis med en hel del myror som sprang runt lite här och var. Inget för en barnfamiljen men etnologi och bra boende för ungdomar.
