Las de recepción se equivocaron y le dieron mi cuarto a alguien más entonces no tenía donde dormir, me mandaron a un hotel en otra playa más lejos y en la carretera donde solo se escuchaba el ruido! Fue lo peor , necesito que me regresen el dinero ya que no fue por lo que pagué

It looks so abandoned. All the furniture are old and poorly maintained. Our room’s door lock was broken and they couldn’t fix it, so they offered another room without hot water in the shower. It doesn’t look a hotel but a familiar business. The breakfast isn’t bad as the place and the location is good.

The place is so old nothing works. The pool is not clean,they keep trying to fix it but all the time I was there I would not have gone into the pool. The water sometimes does not work, then there have to get it running again. The restaurant is full of mossies. The people try to help but they get no help from the owners. Would not go back there.

Check in- did not speak English. Couldn’t find my reservation. Then found it after scrolling through piles of paper. WiFi- the worst I have ever used. You couldn’t even do a google search without it stopping the search. There is NO WiFi in rooms either. You have to go to the front of the hotel and sit outside to try and get WiFi Property- I don’t think the owner has updated it in many years and I don’t think he or she cares. Many bricks on path are broken. Room shower had broken tiles in the bottom and the water pressure was minimal as was the inconsistent water pressure. Bed was hard. If you’re okay with minimalist things then this place is probably alright for you, but with the numerous other options in Kata/Karon I would suggest paying a little more to get basic amenities

Location is good. Bed was so hard my back hurt the whole week. I had to fold my doona up and sleep on it to get some relief. They wouldnt give me another doona. There was little running water at sink tap. Water was cold and they informed me that the pump was broken and not getting fixed. Could hardly wash my hair. Staff were not as friendly as normal in Thailand. Not many smiles here. Would not go back even though the place was quiet and small. Such a shame but had a good time nevertheless.

Great location and value for money.

Great location, surrounded by laundry, restaurants and bike rentals. Within 10 min walking distance to Kata beach. Very clean and spacious rooms. Awesome pool. Great value for money. Only issue was with front desk staff when trying to book taxi to airport, taxi was booked for the wrong time and they charged us more than the originally quoted price.

Good hotel in a quite place

The bungalow was new and very nice with a great bathroom. Very quite location (rather far from the beach, though - 15 mins by foot), decent amount of plants around the place. Good internet connection and speed all around the place, including the pool and reception. Minimart and a lot of restaurants around. The breakfast choices were not so many. It would have been wonderful to have also a nice breakfast in the big dining hall.

Great hidden gem

Great place to stay to explore the southern part of phuket from or further if u fancy travelling. The people that run this place were SO friendly and let us extend our stay easily. Also helped us hire a bike. The pool isfab gorgeous suntrap. Close to the beach and crntral to all restaurants and shops

Good little hotel

Our stay here was good. The first few nights we were in the standard room and then upgraded to the superior rooms. The only real difference was that the bathroom was nicer- and less road noise. The wifi was OK, not a lot of hot water. And in the more expensive room we only had one outlet which was inconveniently placed. The more expensive rooms are probably not worth the extra cost. The location is great between kata and Karon beaches neither are a far walk. Great restaurants on the street and nearby. Didn't have a problem with drivers getting lost finding our place. Overall a comfortable stay but probably over priced. Though phuket is one of the more expansive places in Thailand so it may be up to par.

nice hotel a little off the main street

This was a nice and clean hotel away from the craziness of the main street, but it does take about 15 minutes to get to the beach from here. Our room was facing the parking lot which is generally quiet except every night between 10pm and midnight when some kind of a pump truck parks right outside the window and stays there pumping loudly for about 20 minutes - not good if you're a light sleeper. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Rating keeping in mind the price. PROS: - Location, 10 min walk to everywere. On site tour agency, bike rentals and taxi service - Staff, great and happy people ready to acomodate any needs. - Rooms, clean, confortable, spacious. - Common areas, clean, new equipement, nice and clean pool CONS - Constuction going on, hope they are done wih that when I come back.

Perfect rooms and location, but

But very poor service and conditions. We had been there for 6 days and 3 of them was occasionly no water, electricity (AC) and of course wifi. Any refunds by hotel was forbidden. Its so cool if you come from beach and you want to have shower, but instead of that you have 37c degrees in your room and no water. If you can accept this, the hotel is great, new and quite clean.

Very nice staff in a pleasant environment

As it was low season, the hotel was under renovation, so just a bit noisy in the morning; but once they will be done, the place will be even nicer and the staff most probably still great and welcoming. Nice little pool area!

Our stay was generally good. The traffic noise might disturb if your room faces to the street. The swimming pool was dirty so we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't swim =( Otherwise everything was good and the room was clean and in good condition. Would stay again.

Great value

We regularly stay here during low season, as is great value off peak. The staff were friendly, the pool area was quiet & the room was clean on arrival. Disappointingly on the penultimate day, our room wasn't cleaned, towels changed or water restocked but besides this, we had a perfect stay.
