Fantastic resort. Very kind personal - from reception to cleaninglady and chauffeur on the shuttelbus. Very god breakfast buffee. Poolarea is fantastic. Personel in the poolbar made a great job - playing music, making drinks and entertainment in the bar.
Great hotel, lovely staff, gorgeous views, nice breakfast, massive pool. Away from the touristy hustle bustle but not so far from good restaurants and shops. Everything is at waking distance. Only negative was the street this hotel is located on. Very dodgy massage parlours and restaurants. Have to walk through the seedy shops to get to anywhere..
The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy, has a great pool with differents areas to swing and to relax, also has a good restaurant, the staff is kind. Is not so close to the beach but they have free shuttle service.
We stayed in a room with access to the pool and thought for the significat higher price we payed we could expect some more privacy but we had a lot of people not respecting this and not getting notified to this by staff or a sign. They were swimming in our pool made big noise and did not respect any privacy. Thats maybe in the nature of in our opinion 70% russians in this hotel we expected some more exclusivity & privacy and the hotel must take care of this as we paid much more for this room as for a standard room. Furthermore the staff did not speak english very well. We were asking for taxi service and it took 10 min to organize as language was a big barrier from staff side. Also we asked at night for some support medical wise as we both got sick very bad and there was no support and english was also a big blocking point. Food and drinks in the hotel were not better than average and much more expensive as in other hotels and restaurants. Service in the Lobby was not existing and there were no advertisment for the really good band in the hotel. Nobody was at the hotel as its too expensive and poor service and this does not fit to the hotel and what its supposed to be. Staff was nice and very friendly and I got a birthday cake which was a nice gift. Room service was good and very fast.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for the first few nights of our travels in Thailand so it was a lovely hotel to start our vacation in. They provide a late check-in so was perfect when we arrived at 2am and they were very efficient getting us to our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
My wife and I have just finished our stay in a Pool Access room.It was the 5th time we have stayed here and every time we are always very welcome and at home and love the resort. We will be back as the staff are friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to Kata Beach is very reliable running on time.
I was staying in this hotel for two weeks ( 3.02.17- 17.02.17) and was absolutely satisfied. The room was very comfortable. There was a big balcony with two armchairs. The beautiful view of the small pond with fish gave me relax after lunch. The indoor pool was large, clean and warm. It was a great way to start the morning. This hotel wasn't on the beach. But you could get the sea by the hotel's bus. It went from 9 am to 18 pm once an hour and took 5 min. The receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful. I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel. I will certainly be staying here again!
The room was clean and big and nice balcony and the hotel personal was very kind and helpful. Great breakfast. We are gonna come back to Thailand and visit this hotel. We recomend other people to stay here.
We stated here as part of our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. We had a swim up room which was fantastic. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a few meals at the hotel and found it was very reasonably priced. The hotel is in walking distance of the beach however a free bus is provided by the hotel if you can't or don't feel like walking. You are also within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and massage places. The only negative from our stay was that we want to book massages in the hotel Spa but they were less than helpful. The woman told us they were booked up that day but to come back later. When we enquired about availability as we were there for 8 days she refused to tell us - rude. Needless to say we did not return and found a fantastic spa in Palm Square.
Nicely situated with a shuttle to the beach although we did not use it. It is in a quiet area with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. It has a lovely bar and restaurant where we ate the fist night. plenty of choice on the menu and very tasty. We had three rooms booked, two were on the second floor and we had a deluxe room. The only difference is the deluxe room is a ground floor swim up room which was lovely. The room is a bit dated and could do with decorating but it was clean and fine. We had a problem with very noisy neighbors banging doors and arguing for hours. This is obviously not the resorts fault but when I was calling the reception no one was answering so in the end we had to walk around there. It was actually quite scary as they were literally trying to break the door down next door for about 15 minutes. The next night these two Chinese men were sat on the floor trying to get in the room and were obviously very drunk again (the same men from the night before) This time the staff were all over them and threatened them to behave or leave. We had no problem after that. If I returned to Phuket which Im not sure I would I would stay here.
