I had gotten in at 4:30 am, which was a late check in. I had informed the facility ahead of time that I would have a late check in. I got a text back from 1 320) 302-6703 saying it wouldn’t be a problem and it would be noted. I arrived after a 6 hour drive from California for a soccer tournament and the front doors were locked, I called from the outside phone and no one answered. I knocked hard on the door a few times and finally someone came out. I told her I was there to check in and she said there are no check ins after 3 am. I told her I had already informed the facility that I was going to check in late. She gave me a bit of a hard time, she was not understanding or welcoming. I told her I was exhausted and i had a text from the facility telling me it would be noted. I showed her the text. She looked at her computer screen and asked for my credit card. I don’t know if she was tired too, but it was the most uncomfortable interaction. She gave me a room on the 2nd floor that smelled like whoever was in there before me burnt something bad. It overtook the room, I was too tired at that point to complain, but the smell was so strong I couldn’t sleep properly. Prior to this whole interaction, I thought I was going to have a great experience because whoever was texting me prior to me checking in at the number above was very kind and communicative, that’s the only reason I gave a 3 star, otherwise it would have been a zero.

Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was clean, newer hotel. I would have given it an excellent however, dishes were left unclean in the dishwasher. Awkward/uncomfortable couch to sit and watch TV. This hotel is Very Noisy, windows are paper thin you hear traffic all day and night, as well as the floors above, you can hear people walking. Take earplugs.
