This place was the worst! Pretty sure it had bed bugs but can't be 100% as we hightailed out of there within 10 minutes of entering the room. When we got there the outside of the lobby teamed of urine but I thought "maybe it's because of proximity to street". Wanting to give it a chance seeing the price was so good, I should've realized you get what you pay for. Entrance to motel also smelled like a public urinal, disgusting! When we got to the room there was a weird funky smell but at least not the urine smell from the corridor so I threw back the covers to lay down and got itchy all over. That was it! Stayed at courtyard and took a very long shower soon as I got there!

Horrible experience, I was so embarrassed because I booked a room for me and one for my parents. My father didn't feel safe leaving his auto in their parking lot, my husband didn't feel safe having our baby there. I was truly amazed that this hotel is being offered to travelers on their websites. Plus when I booked it said it had free breakfast, and it doesn't. I was never updated by either party that there had been a change to my original booking. The interior of the rooms where so horrible, holes on the doors, the bed sheets, the furniture. The smell of the carpet was nasty, and for the amenities I had a bag of coffee for the coffee pot, and 2 different cups, with out bags. That was it, nothing else. The entrance of the door to the rooms keep left opened, there was people around the hotel that could easily come into the rooms. Not a safe place to be, not a safe place to stay. I have learned my lesson! MUST READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING!

Been here 3 weeks two weeks with no internet. No refund and one front desk person is very rude.

I am basically satisfied. Because its low price, I didn't expect too much. The room is clean, the sheets are clean and the AC is functioning. The TV is not working, lacks receptacle in the room and the one in the bathroom did not work the 2nd day, so we changed the room.

Excellent stay, they should bring back the continental breakfast.

this is a sad little hotel that has outlived its comfort and appeal. Rooms are shabby, dark and noisy. bathrooms are stained and outdated.

When we arrived there were people lurking around our car in front of the hotel. It was 2 AM and we were tired from traveling so when the front desk worker asked us to check our room before checking in we declined and said we would take the room (the last 7 customers supposedly requested a refund after viewing their rooms). Our room was in the back of the building. After parking we entered a propped open door. There was garbage all over, in the parking lot, garbage cans overflowing, in the halls, everywhere. There were piles of dirty hotel towels in the hall ways. The rooms said "Days Inn", so we thought we must be in an old abandoned hotel, but our room key worked. The room itself wasn't all that bad, very dirty carpets and towel racks hanging crooked... but the sheets were surprisingly clean! In the morning we opened the door to the balcony and there was a man pacing back and forth in the lot below. The whole experience was really creepy. The pool looked inviting though.

Dirty room, mattress was awful, outlets didn't work, lock on the door looked like it was busted in.

Do not stay here worst hotel I've ever booked .Came into room with cockroaches and looked like bed bugs .Had them switch me rooms ,but unfortunately the other room had bugs also.I literally checked out 2 hours later and went to other hotel @ 3am . Also people live in this hotel and lots of drug activity .Not any place to bring your family at all . I also took pictures of the cockroaches but it won't let me load them On here for some reason .

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and I was pleased the a.c. in the room worked well. However, because it was Spring training in the Phoenix area, all hotels were expensive, twice their usual rate - hence this hotel was more than $100 a night for a place that has seen better days. - the security doors leading to the rooms are broken or missing - wrecked car in the parking lot in front of main security door - all of the carpets are stained or dirty - some of the walls and ceilings have holes (hallways) - lights in parking lots are broken or inoperative - bathroom sink would not drain well - toilet seat loose or broken - six appliances plugged into one outlet - no chair or table in room - no security at hotel

I am a patient at St Joes Hospital right down the street from this hotel. I am on a fixed income and fighting for my life right now. The hotel halls and rooms were filthy. Stunk of urine. I spent $118 for this. You should be ashamed of taking peoples money for this type of stay..never again ORBITZ!!

We live ked the young lady who checked us in, she was friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor. The property itself was in poor repair, dirty and there were prostitutes and homeless people on the parking lot and in the hallways. We couldn't use the pool area because it was crowded by the children of the long-term residents.

We felt misled by the Orbitz listing and what we encountered at this proprty. It was in very poor repair, was filthy, had a population of transient residents. There were prostitutes in the parking lot day and night. I could go on and on. This is the first time in six years of booking this annual road trip to Arizona for Spring Training that I feared for our safety at a place I reserved in advance. I took photos to show pieces of the hallwsys, stuck to the walls with only masking tape, laying in the middle of the walkways, the laminate in the room coming off, also held together by masking tape. The security lock to the building with the rooms was broken and homeless folks wandered in and out from the street at will. I have stayed in some low end places before...even outside of the country, but this was the worst. I have never, in all my years of travel, felt the need to complain, until now. We were so pleased with the place we stayed at in Tucson the two prior nights, then this. The fact that Orbitz even lists this property has shaken my confidense in your company's ability to provide a safe, decent selection of accommodations. I truly hope someone will go out to this property, soon and unannounced, to verify that what I am reporting is true. I took photos with my phone, but I feel they do not show how truly rough and dirty this property is. I have no complaints about the young lady who checked us in, she was friendly and professional. Thank you your time. E. P. B.

Went with my family, this hotel seemed to be where people have hotel parties. A lot of ghetto people checking in and the hotel is run down. Felt like I was going to get mugged, they need more lighting in the back lf the hotel.

Our first room was horrendously dirty. Gum on the headboard, pubic hair in the shower, toe nail clippings and used qtips on the floor. Staff "upgraded" us to a cleaner room, but we left with what can only be bedbug bites. This place is a disaster. Pay the extra $20 for some place that actually cleans their rooms.

Cleaner than the last time. Pleasant employees. Lots of noise and smoking in neighboring rooms.

Terrible location, needs new carpet throughout, does have a great staff and lots of potential for the hotel

Had roaches in bathroom that spread to the rest of the room. Told desk staff, they said they would spray, but did not. I bought bug spray and did not see anymore.

Overall, this motel could use a few upgrades. However for the price, I cant complain.

Ok room, could be a little cleaner. Facilities could be kept a little better.
