Welcome to this unique studio, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Attached to the main house, it features a private entrance for your complete privacy. Enjoy access to a large backyard, hot tub, and laundry facility shared with two other units, providing plenty of outdoor space. Located just 1 mile from downtown, 10 mins from the airport, and close to major hospitals, this studio is ideally situated for both business and leisure.

The guest suite is located with a private gate entrance located to the LEFT of the main house for easy and secure access. Both the gate and the front door will be marked with a "B" so that you recognize the unit.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.

host was absolutely wonderful. checked in on us from arrival to departure. area is a little sketchy, our first night the uber told us to be very safe and that we were not in the best area. also unit B where we stayed was much much smaller than I gathered from photos, prob 9x13 or less. there's no windows, you can hear your neighbors through the wall etc. however neither of these things are at all the fault of the host! just being from out of town two things i wish i had dug deeper into on my part. however i still think great deal for being close to downtown which was needed. all in all all was fine just want to share to main things to be aware of!
