You would think they would repair the broken faucet in the bath are Ok place to stay but loud due to freeway close by

room was not all that clean, signs of previous occupants were there

Hotel needs some work, sink faucet was bearly hanging on. My non smoking room reeked of smoke and the pet policy is not advertised correctly, pet policy states $10 per pet no size or weight limit but does not mention the $100 non refundable deposit which I found out the hard way. If you want a worry free stress free experience take your hard earned money else where.

Room had a bad odor, breakfast was horrible as is they only had cereal, muffins, juice and coffee. Staff was friendly. Terrible TV service also

My reservation preference for a ground floor was ignored. I'm used to rooms with a small refrigerator & microwave - neither was available. Even though the room had a non-smoking placard the bedcover and pillows reeked of smoke. (there was even a one inch hole burned into the bedcover) The one vending machine on property had more than half of its slots empty. There are NO eating options nearby.

This motel had what we needed for our stay in Phoenix. The maintenance was not really too great, but the AC did work and the service was good.

First I waited 45 minutes to get checked in, no prior warning to have $60 cash deposit on hand, then front desk let me check in with what cash I was carrying, otherwise the room was clean & the king bed comfy

Fee for early check-in. $60 fee for incidentals for all guests. Room needs block out curtains to eliminate lighting from outside from coming in. Breakfast uncomfortable setting and no taking anything out of the room is silly. Could not bring coffee to my wife in our room.

The front desk man was very nice and helpful. I was allowed to park my truck and trailer on-site. The room was musty smelling. The carpet, chair and couch were badly stained and I got a rash from sitting on the chair. The regular cleaning appeared to have been done well, they just need to send someone in with a carpet shampooer. The bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no hot water for the entirety of my stay.

I had confirm for 2 non smoking rooms and gave credit card number when I booked through on line. But when I arrived at hotel, a guy was front desk said, he can't give me 2 non smoking rooms because his computer is down and won't be able to see credit card number as guarantee. He also said he has to charge as what he has rate. End up, I had to take smoking room with my kids because it was only left. What is guarantee mean???

I paid just over $500 for a 4 night stay with 4 people total. We got in our "non smoking" room and immediately reeked of smoke, then after a shower, the water wouldn't turn off and wasn't draining fast enough. The son of one of the maids came in after 5 other people couldn't fix it, and was able to stop it. So they moved us rooms, and that room smelled worse. The front desk woman at night was not kind at all, and the son new more about how to fix all of the crap wrong, and then told the maintenance how to fix it, and he didn't even work there. He was super nice. Everything else, was kind of crap.

Unsavory" trafficking "along the back side of the hotel & in the parking lot. I have stayed in hotels all around the world & have never been so scared!

Very nice stay, very clean, good night's rest and fun for the kids. Will be back for sure only thing I would add is more fruit for breakfast.

There were blood stains on the sheets. Filthy, ghetto vibe. Overpriced and disgusting!

the hotel was good for the price it was a last minute stay and it was pretty clean everything worked.

When I first got their they gave me a room that was clearly not cleaned at all the beds where not even made and the 2nd they gave me It was the same issue it was trash and food and drinks in the room beds where not made again so they gave a 3rd room their was someone still in the room so the gave me a 4th room and it was not even what I requested and their was nothing they could do about it I was their for two hours before they could even find me a room that was not dirty or occupied

The hotel is great, I have been to n fro from this hotel, and each stay was nice. The staff most courteous, helpful n a joy to talk with. Service is also great. My stay was on point. Thanks

Wonderful place, great service. Area fantastic, near shopping. Will stay again.

Oyr stay was nicen comfortable. My only wish was to be able to enjoy beeakfast in the privacy of our room, and to have the convienence of a microwave n fridge. Also not have to pay for ice... Other than this, I plan on staying again. Oh, the area is wonderful!! Thanks

It was fine first night it was the second night we had to change rooms. 3 times first was room smelled like someone smoking I'm bathroom an thru the a.c. vent, second our t.v. did not work. Last room was a lot better. Bed is comfortable. Room dnt smell clean.
