Loved the size of the rooms. Also the food at Tranquilo was very tasty. The staff all seemed to do a good job. Would’ve like the WiFi to be secure.

Got upgraded to a king suite from junior suite:) nice restaurant with happy hour by the hotel,

I have watched this hotel through an amazing makeover. The staff is attentive and enthusiastic, and the location is perfect.

Everything was just fine. The staff has be nothing but courteous and pleasant

I liked the sky lounge and.the room was great, however the neighbohood surrounding it is a bit on the scary side. It is a grest place to stay and relax for a getaway.

We were on 4th floor. Bar with live music was on the 5th floor right above us. Very loud. Hotel service fee was 20 dollars a night and the only thing we got from it was a Sprite. Paid for parking but one night the lot was full of cars that didn’t have passes.

Great pool area with a very large hot tub! Loved the 'group' cabanas and the roof top meeting place.

It was a bit far for us from anything we were doing. We weren’t that close to the airport or Scottsdale, and those were 2 of our main locations we wanted to be near. We booked there because they had a pool. The first day we went, they had no towels available and limited chairs, so we hung out in the pool, which was small but adequate. The 2nd day we headed down to the pool only to find that they were selling tickets for locals to come and use it to celebrate cinco de mayo holiday. So, it was packed and no where for guests to enjoy the sun and pool. Our room was nice and big, but we only had a screen on our window and no blind. So we were up each morning at the crack of dawn. The hotel is definitely old, but they are trying to keep it fairly neat and clean which was nice. Personally, I wouldn’t stay there again, mostly for the location and the unavailability of the pool. We came from Canada and were looking forward to spending a lot of time at the pool. I would rate this as a 3 star hotel. Definitely not a spa resort.

Breakfast not included, no hot coffee when I arrived or water available. Fitness center was adequate but not clean. The treadmill was broken. The front desk staff were not groomed well. Their appearance was not professional. The roof bar was nice until I saw a roach crawling on the floor. The hotel is in need of some new management and deep cleaning.

I really liked the place because it is funky and a bit Bohemian. If that’s not your thing, i’d suggest elsewhere.

Do not like that we had to pay to park on property.....crazy!

The property has a very nice pool and water wall. The place was booked with Spring Training fans. The location of the place is not that convenient. We booked a junior suite. The beds were comfortable but i found blood stain in the sheet. This is quite disturbing because I read another review for this place with the same comment. Doesnt management read the reviews and make sure it doesnt happen again?

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the beds and linens are very good.

Thought this would be the perfect place for a couple nights, and it looked great, but that was deceiving. Everyone was nice and friendly, and the breakfast at the restaurant was great, but that was about it. At the front desk was told about 'resort fee' which covered snacks and water bottles, which I was never offered. And still there were 2 bottles of water in the room at 4$ a pop for some reason. Elevator smelled like mold. The 'gym' looked like something out of a prison in a tiny enclosed space. Bed was comfy, but sheets were rough. Loud buzzing noise at the pool outside the window all night long woke me early. All power outlets in inconvenient places. First time they checked to make up my room was at 5:30 PM. While this spot looks chic and hip, it is in fact just dated and uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback! We ensure that any music on our property is off by 10pm. Our Hotel Service fee includes unlimited snacks at the front desk, as well as unlimited sodas, coffee, tea, and your wifi and pool passes. People also use our lot for Tranquilo, and the life music we have on our SkyDeck on the weekends. We do hope you give us another chance in the future. Have a great afternoon!

Thank you for your feedback, we include a $10 breakfast voucher for guests who book directly through our website or by calling directly. We do have a schedule to refresh the coffee and tea station, depending on the time of day it might have been right before it was time to switch out the pots. As for the Front desk staff, we are currently waiting on our uniforms to come in, and I will be sharing this review with our Front Desk Manager to go over with our staff. We did just come under new management about 2 months ago, and we are currently making many changes and updates. Thank you so much for your feedback, we will be taking it all into consideration for future reference.
