The area is great and the parking feature is very good for someone on a budget ($10 per day, shaded parking and in-out feature that lets you do the work without some money-grubby valet service). They give you snacks when you need. The rooms are clean, cute and modern (although they could use better lighting and a floor-to-ceiling mirror). The front desk (particularly the girl with the curly hair) is super dope and very informative. She needs to be in management! The restaurant was omg so good. If I come back I’m definitely staying here!

The property was "filth", dogs walking around without a leash in the "check in" reception area. Staff was not professional whatsoever, they allowed phone to ring & ring while they talked personal among themselves. PPL without mask everywhere, ppl sitting smoking on the walkway to hotel front door. Dust/dirt filled the guest check in area. No sign of cleaning staff.

The hotel was under construction which was not mentioned in the booking

It was nothing like it appeared in pictures. It felt unclean, unprofessional and overall unenjoyable.

Property is under major renovation. No restaurant, no spa, not even a lobby. You have to go to a makeshift checkin in one of the guest rooms. I wasted my Orbucks on a disappointing experience. Dirty carpet in the hallways and disheveled and musty furniture at the pool.

The young man at the front desk was not helpful and seemed bored to have to be helping us. There are no phones in the rooms so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels or anything else you need including ice, also you would have to use your own cell phone to call for room service. Young people might enjoy it there but we won’t be back.

Over all it was ok, staff was not very helpful, basically ignored me until I spoke at the counter. Seemed bothered by me. Was not told there wasn’t a phone in the room, had to use my cell to call ask about the tv which was literally mounted crooked on the wall. Had only two towels and one wash cloth that was ripped. I was also unaware of the $50 hold they added to my cc....was just very surprised by the whole thing

Always a pleasure staying at the Clarendon. Great staff, great rooms, great vibes.

After changing rooms from being placed directly under a loud rooftop party, there was no internet or hot water in the new suite. Arriving to all this and a rude staff after a long day of travel made for a horrible stay.

I liked the design and thought the staff was really friendly and quick. But the bathrooms were dirty in my room, the keurig was dysfunctional and dirty, the fridge didn’t work, and worst of all there was like no hot water. Taking a cold shower on vacation is terrible.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The wall décor was a bit fun and funky. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful.

I would describe the general decor as “garish,” but to me that’s not necessarily a negative. I liked the look; it was just... out there. The rooms were fine. I know it’s billed as a hotel and spa, but my focus on the stay was just the stay part, so anything they’re doing to make it an enjoyable spa experience is lost on me. I liked the idea of snacks and beverages upon request rather than noisy vending machines, but I thought the selection and availability of each didn’t justify the extra charge we paid. Loved the “Thelma and Louise” wall art in my room —I really did— and I respect that the wall art in different rooms isn’t all the same. All in all, though, a good stay from my perspective.
