Parking was fenced in and secure. The pool was nice and clean as where the rooms. The Cable was in and out. They only thing for breakfast was coffee which the coffee pots had not been cleaned and quite some time.

The hotel itself is an older building. The staff are friendly for the most part, but are not very helpful. The room was clean on arrival. The upkeep afterwards was 50/50. One day it was completely serviced. The next day the sheets and bedspread were thrown on top of the beds. As far as the "24 hour security", that only covers the parking area. The rest of the property is left to its own devices. At one point we had to call the police to break up a group fight by the pool area. In conclusion, we will not be returning to this property nor will we be referring it in any way.

The place was unsafe, fights, yelling and i am sure illegal activity everywhere. They do have security(needing bulletproof vest) at the entrance. Thw rooms were dirty. Stains on every towel, sheets. I dont think i can give it a bad enough rating. We left early and booked a different hotel!!

The room wasnt bad for a remodeled hotel. I used the shower and it had a leak. The water ran out of the bathroom and onto the floor under the bed. It wasnt bad for a couple of nights.

Room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Bedding and towels were clean. Coffee was strong to get me going and out of there. Barely worth what I paid, but everything else was pretty expensive. Spring training has the whole area overpacked and overpriced.

The room was spotless and quiet, and the shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. I wish there were water glasses, hangers, and a closet or rod for hangers. The room was a great value at ~$70/night and could be better with a little effort.

I need to get a refund for the 2 nights that I was scheduled there. Because the room was so bad we couldn't stay there. The floor was completely sticky. The room stuck like cigarettes and a** there were cigarette Burns in the bed spreads, no cups, no towels, nothing! There were questionable people and what appeared to be gangs outside the motel, we felt threatened. We checked in, and we're only there long enough to find a room at a different motel.

Positives - Staff is very nice and accomodating, size of room is large, easy access to I17 and pricing. Negatives - Conditon of my room wasn't great (floors were dirty, door had hole in it, etc.), overnight noise disrupted sleep (3:30am someone above me was moving furniture and vacuuming), and some clientele is sketchy. Finally the general area surrounding the hotel is not great.

The room was ok, cleanliness wasn’t the greatest but the area and environment was the worst. I’ve never felt more unsafe in my life. Sketchy people in and out of the hotel all day long. Night time was the worst. I paid for 4 nights and only stood for 1. The pictures look great but once you’re there, it’s honestly the most sketchiest place ever. Expedia definitely got me with the pictures, making it look all good and nice and doesn’t specify the type of people staying. I’m glad to get out with my life.
