• 🚂 Train Noise: The Phoenix Union Station railroad is located just across the street on Grand Ave. Trains pass by frequently and add a bit of local character to the area.
• 💧 Water: The refrigerator water line is disconnected at this time. A water dispenser is available in the kitchen for cold water.
• 🔥 Fireplace: Outdoor fireplace available, Just bring your own wood.
• 🔒 Security: A Ring camera is located at the front and backyard to monitor the property for safety, not for surveillance of guests.
