It was peaceful and quiet. The one disappointment was no housekeeping service for two straight days.

The breakfast is great, the location is convenient, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. We've stayed there a number of times and have always been satisfied.

I liked that it was affordable with our pets. The room was clean, the grounds were clean, everyone was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Will stay there again.

Overall a good experience and value. Only thing that went wrong was we were told we would be close to an elevator; hard to have been much further. Not convenient for someone with broken leg.

Layout was difficult to figure out from the maps given at desk.

First off, there was a bit of confusion about the airport shuttle. At the end I ended up taking an Uber there, but was promptly reimbursed upon arrival. I was in the lobby for some time before receiving my room key and I noticed there was only one employee. She handled every customer with great patience (and trust me, the kind of people coming in there on a game night you have to be a saint not to curse one of them out!). I understand folks are in a rush to get to their rooms but it's not the ONE employees fault that management decided to not bring in other folks to work that night. Diana was very professional and was nice to everyone. My room was clean and I like that they provided higher quality soaps and lotions than other hotels I've been to. Breakfast was THE BEST BREAKFAST I've ever had a hotel. It was well stocked with Sausages, Egg & Cheese mini Omelets, cereals, milk, coffee and these beautiful waffle makers that produced waffles with a the lion hotel logo. The lady in charge of breakfast was hilarious to speak to and I checked the breakfast plates area and it was delightfully clean. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Phoenix and you should too!

I didn't even make it into the place, as my driver's license was taken on the way to Phx.

With the courtyard set up--it can be noisy if you go to bed early and others are outside taking.

Check in was easy, and the girl was so nice! Great location, super clean!

The properry was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Also kids stay free. It was awesome

The location was great for many of the activities we did, easy to get to, near top spots. The rooms were large, but dated. The property was nice. The staff was mostly friendly, but had trouble with check in as policies changed and staff was somewhat rude.
