Front desk was great, fast check-in. Room had a few issues. No hand hold bars in shower. No anti-slip on tub floor. Caulk around soap shelf has disgusting brown stains. Coffee maker had dried old used coffee filter in it, I did not make coffee.

Booked a Pet Room. The first thing our cat did was go under the bed..(lol) and came out with a dirty hand towel. Gross. Then under the other bed was a large dried pet stain. Under the heater were boxes and plastic trash. The TV did not work at all. When I called reception. they didnt answer. When I called again they answered and told me to plug it in. It was, I asked bluntly if the TV worked and she said "No.". Two quarter rolls of TP...No Mas...seriously. Fingerprints (yuck) on the bathroom door. Beds were firm, but linens were clean...so we just went to sleep. (We have photos)
