Excellent property that is well appointed and in a really quiet neighborhood. Backyard is spacious, and pool is clean and refreshing with lots of seating options for lounging! Plenty of comfy sleeping spaces throughout the home, with a tv in every room. My family really enjoyed this home and we can’t wait to book it the next time we’re in town!

Three families with kids 8m-13years old stayed together at this wonderful home. Very clean, spacious, great location. Could use a few more kitchen cooking utensils (e.g. couldn’t find a cheese grater, could use another pot and baking tray), but overall a fantastic stay. The heated pool option was awesome and well used. Kids rated the trip one of their favourites so far (and the adults agreed)!

Perfect family house!

We had an issue with another rental and needed to find something last minute. Thankfully this house was available and saved our week visiting our daughter at GCU. There was a ton of space for our family of 7 to spread out and the backyard and pool were amazing. Great open layout, super comfortable furniture and plenty of beds for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to everything your could need. Shanna was super easy and responsive to work with and we'll defintely be looking to book this place for future trips.

GREAT vacation property - excellent experience!

This property was great for 2 families with teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone. Paying for heating the pool was well worth it so kids could swim morning - night. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean upon arrival & had nice extra touches throughout. Communication with property manager was top notch. Location was good to get us to all of our AZ adventures; super close to grocery stores & shopping centers.

Great Spring getaway

Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood which was very clean and set up great for families. More space than we needed really! The backyard is just lovely and perfect for hanging out. It was early Spring and chilly yet so we opted to pay extra for the heated pool which was well worth it for our son. We were able to grill and play cornhole after afternoons of hiking or walking botanical gardens. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in an upscale and very quiet neighborhood. The pool and backyard with built in BBQ & fridge, fire pit, and real grass were great for our family group. Plenty of pool toys and towels were available. The home was spacious and exceptionally clean. We did have to do a load of towels as there were only a few hand towels and 1 kitchen towel. Multiple routine maintenance-type items need attention for future guests to be more comfortable, and these were brought to the manager's attention. We opted to not have any maintenance done during our visit. Our manager Shanna was so gracious and quick to respond.

Overall the property was great. We did not like the fact that we had to stream tv on our own accounts..which I don’t do!! Also, the hot water capacity feel short on occasion and the temperature on the hot water was too too low.

Good location, easy to find Manager Shanna excellent to contact about the property. Only concern, was the pool was not heated, but apparently it’s going to be soon. Needed BBQ utensils but Shanna sent some right away. This is a large house that has lots of room, it’s bright, and in a great location.
