Wander Phoenix Vista is a stunning modern retreat near Tom's Thumb with mountain views. Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan with light finishes create a relaxing ambiance. The gated pool can be heated in winter, and the chef’s kitchen with a gas range overlooks the backyard, perfect for entertaining. Amenities include a private office, high-speed Wi-Fi, games, and a huge TV for movie nights. A grassy yard, fireplaces, and four spacious bedrooms complete this perfect getaway.
POOL HEATING
There is a $200/day fee for pool heating at this home; the max temp is 80F. Please contact us at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine if detected.
PRIVACY
This home receives yard and landscaping maintenance once per month. Please note that maintenance crew may arrive during your stay.
