The name says it all "Cozy." The condo is in a nice quiet location with well-maintained grounds. It had everything we needed. Due to our error, we had trouble with the front door lock but Merrill was very responsive and called us back immediately and talked us through the lock. He was very pleasant and helpful. The pool area looked inviting, but it wasn't the time of year to take a dip. We would stay again in the future.

We had a nice stay. Complex was safe, unit was clean and tastefully furnished. Good host communication. Convenient parking. Great proximity to Mesa sports complex. Kitchen well stocked. Worked well for our needs.

Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood.Had some difficulty connecting with Uber ride. Eventually decided to walk to Lemontree Rd.and found my driver.Air fresheners were quite strong inside the condo causing nonstop sneezing but opening some windows cleared the air. May I suggest you provide some tissues?Otherwise I definitely recommend your condo!M. Merriam

Perfect girls' weekend away

Four friends, all needing to get away for a few days. We had a great time binge watching shows, eating, laughing. This place was a great location, clean, comfortable. Thank you for a great place to get away from it all.

Lovely condo!

The condo was clean and ready for us. A little difficult to find at first…closer to Warner. I failed to open every closet and couldn’t find a toaster…my error. Bought one at Walmart. One shower was great…the other not so, but overall it was a pleasant experience. Pictures are accurate.

Wonderful stay! (April 2025)

We were looking for a warm and sunny place to escape the cold spring in Michigan, and this condo did not disappoint. Comfy beds and plenty of space (even with travel golf bags) with dependable wi-fi that allowed a bit of remote work. A short drive to downtown Chandler to sample great dining/pubs, close to walking paths along the canal, a nature preserve and shopping. Our son lives in California and flew in to join us for several days, so bonus family time, too! Our host was super friendly and responsive to answer any question I had, even when the answer was right in front of me (what's the wi-fi password?). Will definitely return to this area. Thanks for a great Spring Break!

Wonderful

This was our best stay of the trip - wish it could have been longer. There aren't many sundry items in the kitchen for food prep but the layout and location are wonderful. I didn't feel the need to clean my utensils before using them as I do in many a short term rental. The beds were comfortable and the patio is beautiful too enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The neighborhood felt very safe.

Amazing!

We were there for 3 days and had a great time! The condo is a very nice 2 bedroom with 2 baths and we all felt like home there! The neighborhood was quiet and was close to the freeway also. Many restaurants and grocery stores close by as well! The property manager is very easy to talk to and reply’s to all your messages very quickly! My family would highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in the Gilbert/Chandler area also!

Condo was perfect for 3 adults. Location was easy to access from major highway and main streets. Very quiet area. Close to freat restaurants and shops. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive with all questions we had. I felt like I was at home.
