Getting toilet paper is the worst. You call the front desk three times and still no toilet paper.

Property was relatively close to Old town Scottsdale, hotel was easily accessible. Room service was non existent,it was upsetting to return from day trip and found beds not made(except one time),towels on the floor and waste baskets not emptied,Tables outside under the ledge were dirty/stained.Glass door from residents area to the lobby dirty .Coffee station always missing supplies etc.

Updated hotel. No jacuzzi. Pool was warm. Area not great but close drive to downtown Scottsdale.

Other than a slight hiccup on room 129 being unfinished, rest of the stay was wonderful!!

The rooms were small but sufficient. The courtyard was beautiful with an extremely upkept pool, aviary, yoga room and life-size chess set

Cleanliness was on point with the room and the property

My partner and I have been using this hotel for a long time. It is close to Scottsdale and Old Town. There is a lorakeet aviary in the courtyard, which you don't see anywhere. We always enjoy our stay.

When we checked in we only had a king room although we reserved two queens. The room smelled really bad like old smoke. They moved us into a "newer" double the next day but it was outside the security gate we were three women and the area was pretty sketchy. It's also a 35 minute walk to the botanical garden and longer to Papago Park.

Not in the best part of town. Pics make everything bigger than actuality.

They don't provide you with microwave in a room, instead you have to go tiny filthy vending room without ventilation. The microwave itself looks like from 1980"" and you have to spend like like 10 minutes to defrost a small dinner plate.

Loved the 50’s decor! The grounds are well kept, the bed comfortable and the staff helped us with a few specific needs nicely.

good good good good good good good good good good good good good good good good

Loved the brekkie! Very cute hotel. Nice air conditioning unit. Cute robes

I actually like the service, the rooms are clean, beds comfy. But, what I am not happy with is the cage of dozens of parakeets in the courtyard. Forget that they get noisy very early in the morning, but they also shouldn't be caged like that. They have no room to fly and just mostly cling to the sides of the cage. I will never stay at this property again because of that one issue. It is cruel.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Its an older hotel, but it was nice. Would come back.

Sorry for the mix up with the room type, we are working on our property and the newer rooms locations. The botanical garden and the papago park is just down the road from us, it is a little bit of a walk but we do have a bus line in front of our hotel that runs to the parks.
