Sunrise Villas is a first class condominium complex situated along Scottsdale's Continental Golf Course within walking/biking distance of Scottsdale's world-class shopping, art galleries, and exciting nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale. Our condo is a perfectly located vacation retreat. The condo overlooks the sparkling pool. You will enjoy the heated pool, spa, fitness center and yoga room. You will also enjoy a spacious master bedroom with dual control Sleep Number Cal King bed, guest bedroom with two extra long single beds (which can be combined for another King), a Lazy Boy air sleeper bed sofa, flat screen TVs, free secured WiFi, and nice furnishings indoors and out. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. A washer & dryer are in the condo. Take note that we do not rent for less than a MONTH.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Perfect location for Old Town and Giants spring training games. Loved having the fitness center, pool, and hot tub on site as well as parking. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Our group would return for a longer stay next time. Located along the Contential Golf Course and a greenbelt you can even walk right onto the golf course from the property. PLUS it's a dog friendly community. Not to say the unit is equipped with all the necessary items to keep house.

Great Location, Clean, Fab Pool area

Spent February in this wonderful condo. It is one of the most well-presented rental, clean and super organized. The quality of the furniture made for a most comfortable stay (the King bed had dual control for firmness!). It is obvious that the owners take pride in this condo with many thoughtful offerings. Appreciated the patio with some sun at all time of day, salt water and large heated pool, hottub, great gym with seperate yoga room open daily from 6am to 10pm. Practical location on well-cared grounds. Communication with the owner was great from booking to checkout.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Desert Retreat. Location was perfect. Pool was heated at a consistent temperature, which is not always the case in January/February. Property manager gave prompt and helpful replies. Property was well furnished and decorated. Enjoyed all the Chihuly wall art

Great location

Location is perfect for us. However, the place was not ready at the appointed time. The owner refunded $150 but that was insufficient for the hotel. When we got in, after spending a night in a hotel, it was quite dirty. Even the floors had not been vacuumed. Sheets in second bedroom had not been changed. Slow draining shower required us to clean other peoples hair out of the drain. Missing vertical blind slats, screen door with holes, one window was wedged open. Floor behind toilets covered with dry pee. Spouse cleaned for four days. I wish we could attach pictures. Owner refused any further refund.

Great condo with a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is well decorated with lots of conveniences. The location is close to restaurants and shopping and worked out great for us. The area is also very safe for early morning runs or late evening walks. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo over looking the pool. Newly remodeled, upgraded bathrooms, spacious closets and ample dresser space. Kitchen well equipped. Walking distance to Old Town, grocery store/restaurants and walking/bike paths. This condo is definitely a favorite and I plan to rent it again.

Beautiful condo in Scottsdale!

We enjoyed our month long visit to this condo very much. It was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities you could hope for. Katie's fantastic photos of the Chihuly exhibit at the Desert Botanical Garden are just beautiful. The owners have recently remodeled and updated, and the condo shines! Very good and fast WIFI and TV for those of you who care - we did! The bed was very comfortable and our guests reported their beds were comfortable too. Having the pool nearby was a definite plus. There is no loud music or loud people as you sometimes have near the pool. Keyless entry is also a plus! This complex is very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale and to spring training camps. You can truly walk to the San Francisco Giants park. We did it, and we're in our 70's! Lots of great restaurants nearby, and top it off with that beautiful Arizona sky, well, it doesn't get much better. Thanks to the owners Rick and Katie for a wonderful experience.

Scottsdale convenience

This unit is updated, well appointed and extremely convenient to all that we wanted to do in Scottsdale, grocery stores, the 101, bike and walking trails and the airport. Towels and Linens are of high quality and there are plenty of all. The kitchen is stocked with good pots and pans, dishes and storage bowls. It overlooks the pool, spa and gym, which are all kept very clean and nice. The pool is heated. We weren't able to get in the first night of our stay as the code that was given to us was incorrect and the owner could not be reached because he was out of the country. We were refunded our first night's stay, but our hotel bill was an additional $40 over the cost of the condo for the night. Once we were inside, the cleaning crew had failed to make it in to "brush up" the place after it had been sitting for months without use. The first thing I had to do was to clean the entire apartment, dusting, vacuuming, etc. The bathrooms had been cleaned at some point, but dust was everywhere and quite thick. The owner reimbursed us an additional $100 over the first night's stay for our inconvenience. The owner was very responsive and nice to talk to once he was aware there were issues and in fairness to him, we didn't ask for more coverage of our hotel and he volunteered the additional $100. He addressed any other concerns quickly. I would just be sure to ask if they are going to be around for questions at the time of your rental so that you can get into the unit if there is an issue. I would stay in Rick and Katie's unit again, even after the rocky start. After the initial issues, everything was great.
