This newly built home features 4,000 square feet and sits on a large lot with a ton of privacy in the heart of Scottsdale. The home is close to old town Scottsdale, restaurants, hiking, golf, shopping and much more. The house can sleep up to 12 and is the perfect Modern Retreat for multiple couples or friends and family that want to reconnect.

The home is a beautifully decorated retreat that offers ample space for the whole family with that desirable indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The open floor plan is wonderful for large groups and centers around the large chef’s kitchen which is perfect for gathering and preparing meals. Off the kitchen you will find a billiards room. If you are into fitness, don’t miss the gym with weights and a treadmill. The home was intentionally designed for groups with each bedroom having their own bathroom. Throughout the home you will find inspiring designer touches, beautiful furnishings, and quality finishes that make this desert oasis the perfect vacation home.

Other things to note:
-Scottsdale/Phoenix have very strict occupancy and quiet hours rules. You will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit if rules aren't followed.
-Parking- 3 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.
-Occupancy Max- 12 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-9am.
-Once you book, we will send you a detailed information PDF with personal recommendations as well as basic information.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
-If you check-out on a major holiday (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day), you will be charged 1.5x the normal cleaning fee. If it can be rescheduled to the next day, we will coordinate that so there are no extra fees.
-Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the premises for your safety. They do not record conversations.
-You will be responsible for a 4% credit card fee if you cancel prior to 60 days in advance.
